Burger King is always a best choice for burger cravings. It is situated in ECR in neelankarai well maintained place. We have a self ordering system where we can order the item through menu available in screen and pay online or cash. With the receipt you can get the item what you have ordered. This you can do for dining or take away. This is a best option for take away. But when someone is not knowing the process it take little time and need to wait in line for long time. Food - quality - quantity - taste is good and are worth for money you spent. Atmosphere is nice and we'll maintained. There is enough parking place and enough place for dining. Overall satisfied

Great juicy burgers. Totally value for money as compared to other burger places. Great taste. Service could improve a little more. Service was a little slow. We ordered whoppers which are recommended. And their fries were thick and good. Ambience is good. Deifinite recommendation.

I ordered 5 items for take out through bill no. 3035. They packed 4 items by leaving one item KOREAN SPICY CHICKEN BURGER there only. We observed after coming back to home and immediately rang up and informed him to deliver at home. But the reply was negative. Then we went to shop to pick the item and they delivered it without any courtesies and didn't say SORRY for their negligence. They didn't even inform through phone that one item was missed. Very much disappointed by your team. I feel hope less service.

Loved the Ambience and food.Mutton burgers are excellent..grilled chickens are very tasty..must try,wraps are also good.Whoppers very good.Mr Uday arranged the rear end for 14 of us,we celebrated my Mil bday..she completes 76 n she enjoyed the hot chocolate too.Thank you Burger King Neelankarai team...thanks for the hospitality.

We waited there for atleast half an hour they told us opening time is 10 but they didn't open. They didn't even let us sit inside. We came back after two hours. There was an offer where we were getting 2 crispy burgers for 99. We ordered 4 of the combos which means we should get 8 burgers( we did take away) so we took it and went back. After we reached we checked and found out that there were only 7 burgers. The staff didn't respond properly so I spoke to the manager and he said taht he himself packed and put 8 burgers. The manager didn't believe us so we asked him to check the cameras and call us back but we didn't recieve any call as of now. Pls becareful of such scams!!!

We visited Burger King once again. The ambiance was great, and the service staff were calm and chill. We arrived at closing time, but they still served us and patiently waited until we finished our meal. The service was excellent. Thank you for the great service

I ordered today evening korean chicken burger, korean paneer burger , mango milkshake and fries as take away order . Back home when I checked the parcel , chicken burger worth almost Rs 300 was missing . When I called the restaurant , packing person was casually saying she missed to keep the burger in the pack . When I asked to refund the money in my gpay , they replied saying not possible to refund the partial amount . I was asked to order some minimum priced product in swiggy so that they can put this burger as well This is really very bad customer experience. For the mistake of restaurant not packing my item , I have been asked to place another item . They should refund the money . This is totally unacceptable and pathetic to see at renowned fast food chain .
