Visited this new branch recently with my family and sadly, it turned out to be quite disappointing. We ordered five starters, and instead of using cashews, they added peanuts in everything. The peanuts were old and stale, completely ruining the taste of the dishes. Overall, everything tasted very average and nothing really stood out. I visited a second time for lunch, hoping for a better experience. I ordered their mutton biriyani, usually my favorite from Crescent, but it didn't taste the same at all. The service was also extremely slow, while the naan arrived fairly quickly, the non-veg gravies took more than 40 minutes. By then, the naan had gone cold and a few of us had already finished eating. However, the desserts were good, which was a small saving grace. Based on these experiences, I don't think I'll be visiting this branch again.

A guy with spectacles, tall and lean was excellent in his service. Food Quality has to be improved, Unprofessional answers from the service desk, when we reported about the Briyani food which we bought was not eatable the next morning even after keeping in Fridge. Better have food in the restaurant. Take away matters even its a bucket Briyani. Still, If you take home. Be careful about eating the food on the day you bought and don't think that you can eat it even the next day morning for Breakfast or Brunch. Value the money which you spend and be careful about your choice.

We recently dined at Crescent and had a decent experience overall. The biryani was flavorful, but we felt it could use a bit more seasoning to elevate it. The starters were good, but again, there's room for improvement in terms of taste and variety. The service was a highlight--staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had what we needed. The ambiance was also pleasant, making for a comfortable setting to enjoy the meal. While the food was generally okay, it didn't quite live up to expectations, and there's definitely room for improvement in both flavor and variety. That said, the service and atmosphere make it worth a visit, but we're hoping for better food quality next time.

We have been thrice to this place. Each time the taste and experience differs. Recently we had 1.Mutton Biryani - Piece was Good , but no taste in Rice and was not served hot 2.Malabar Biryani - Taste is okayish,but consistency of the biryani was like left over one collected together.(portion was less) 3.Poricha chicken - Neat and Excellent 4.Chicken Roast- Good 5.Chilli Butter Garlic Friedrice- The chicken used was smelling bad 6.Butterscoth icecream- Excellent 7.Everyone say Crescent has best Grill ,but dont go for Grill Chicken here- Maynonize is not good and chicken also very dry Can't recommend Each time the Taste varies , it purely based on that day ...If good we are lucky.

We booked the party hall for our silver jubliee celebration. The food , the service and the ambiance was too good .Especially the quality and flavour that they offered was a hit!!!! We personally liked the chettinad and kerala chicken gravy the best. With all this they served enough to our stafisfaction The staffs were so patient and always had a smile in their faces.They said YES for everything we had asked for, and was so quick in arranging everything for us. Above all the hygiene was properly maintained throughout the event. We had chose the right place and we would strongly recommend this place to our circle. Thank you crescent,loyola !!

Tried the Cheesy Peri Peri Chicken Steak with mashed potatoes, and it absolutely lived up to its name! The portion size was perfect for one person. to complement it, i had the Arabian Pulpy Grape, which was an absolute delight - I'd highly recommend !!

I have always a fan of crescents parrota. They provide one of the best parrota in city. But I noticed that in the new branch the parota was different in both texture and taste, may be because the new outlet is still in renovation and not opened fully for use. Because of the renovation they don't have enough suppliers for service. Hope this changes after the renovation.

I was a regular customer of crescent, never did I expect such a bad taste and so horrible service ...ordered Kozhi fry and malai tandoori chicken ..both were tasteless kozhi fry which was bland no salt and hard fry , malai tandoori chicken one of the worst chicken I have tasted my whole life ..they have added milkmaid and chopped nuts in that please management change the cook or your outlet will be the worst one ..on top of that wasn't able to even use the washroom which was very unclean without even flushing yukkkkkk...the most worst experience in Chennai ...pls look after this out let ..I told I'll inform the management but my husband told me let's leave from here immediately..we did not create a problem as there were many customers just because we maintained a decorum ...visited on 24/02/2025 at 3:15 pm ..my bill amount 549 rupees. Left the store by 3:45 pm Ordered items Kozhi fry combo Malai tandoori chicken combo Lime juice .. Please I ask you to take the malai tandoori from your menu if u don't know how to prepare..wasted my money there I'm attaching the photo of malai tandoori ..u can properly see the milkmaid and chopped cashews...no where ever we have tasted such a worst tasting food ...
