Crescent Restaurant, Vanagaram

Food is delicious, ambience is neat. Service is pretty quick. They have good number of staff for quick and prompt attention and service/support. However, there is no dedicated safe vehicle parking available. There is no security staff present to guide us either! I visited last Sunday for lunch.

Kunafa doesn't work properly by all the means of taste, consistency, texture etc .....it is very hard to cut, sticky and the cheese stuffed inside it has not melted properly. This is the 3rd time but it feels same as each day. But this time it's not tolerable. Kindly take some good move on it. Thank you

I've been a regular customer here for almost a year, enjoying their Mexican barbecue and porotta with complimentary gravy. However, during my recent visit, I was surprised to be told that I had to pay extra for the gravy, despite placing an order worth over 500. When I asked for clarification, the cashier's dismissive attitude made the experience even more frustrating. Even if a customer places a large order, refusing to provide something as small as gravy feels unreasonable--especially when even small shops offer such privileges to their customers. This kind of policy change not only discourages loyalty but also gives the impression that the business values profit over customer satisfaction. I chose not to proceed with my order and left. Good food alone isn't enough--respect and customer appreciation matter just as much. Even the best meal loses its appeal when served with greed and indifference. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I'll be advising my friends to avoid this place. I hope the management realizes that such policies and attitudes can drive customers away.

Coconut Souffle was good. The Caramel flan and Fish finger were ok. The biriyani was average but the Grill chicken was bad with masala as well as feeling undercooked . I also noticed a weird smell near the handwash. Please improve the quality and cleanliness.

I am a regular customer and have always appreciated the quality of your food. However, during my recent visit, I had an unpleasant experience due to the behavior of the service person. I was seated opposite the billing counter, and their attitude and approach were ill-mannered, which spoiled the overall dining atmosphere for me. While the food tasted excellent, this incident overshadowed my ability to enjoy it fully. I believe service plays a key role in the dining experience, and I hope you address this matter to maintain the high standards Crescent is known for.

Very good taste. Mr.Abishek , Mr.veto has taken very good care of us. Their hot water is something different. It's free and very good for digestion.

I Ordered ghee rice with mutton gravy combo today at this restaurant with huge hunger. After sometime I received a box of white ghee rice with 250 ml plastic container cup of white colour mutton kuruma nipple with a single mutton piece. But in Zomato it shows the actual mutton gravy image , what is god is mutton kurma to eat with white ghee rice. I called the restaurant to explain my query but there was not proper response and they disconnected the call. I directly went there and after 15 minutes of struggle I got actual mutton gravy and that too had only one sinf piece of mutton. Keep on their answering that this is Kerala style hotel so they will give this kind of gravy only. But in Zomato ordering image it was shown very clearly brown colour gravy image was posted. Kindly don't order online with this restaurant. This holiday has been spoiled with this idiotic restaurant.

The Kerala food is really good here, only to be aware of the partita. It's not consistent, at some times it is really awesome and other times it feels like reheated ready to cook parotta.
