Domino's Pizza | Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai

Went here when we were driving by. Easy to spot, opposite to a huge workplace. Parking is difficult at evening hours, as the building is going through some renovations. The store is on the 1st floor, easy to order through the app, go and collect it. As the service here is super slow and the staff seem to don't care. Thank God for the token system though. The kitchen has a open space, where one cal walk up to em and see, what and how they make it.

WORST EVER SERVICE...! We ordered a delivery for lunch and when the app said it'll be delivered in less than 9 minutes, the delivery guy called and said they won't serve our location. I don't understand why the store accepted our order when they don't serve our location. We tried to contact the store but the number listed is invalid. I have a toddler and yet I had to drive halfway to the store and collect the pizza. As I ordered their new 6 in 1 big pizza, the box was bigger & I couldn't carry it in my 2 wheeler. 30 minute delivery at dominoz is just an eye wash. It took 45 minutes for the delivery guy to reach halfway and then when I went and collected the food, it was another 30 minutes. By then pizza was cold, the mousse had melted and lunch was a disaster. The delivery guy just threw few packets of seasoning & few of them were open. Nothing was organised and packed well. I tried contacting customer care and they said the store will contact me soon. It has been more than 2 weeks and yet, here I am, still awaiting their call.

Food was ok but service is bad then cheesiken is not like they showed in pictures it is just low in quantity hot&spicy not even spicy just only hot but cheese buster is so good . Just look the food food in online or in youtube before you order the food because some of foods are not even close to that they are showing in ads or anything.

The service here is abhorrent, I waited for 30 mins in a small line only to be told to order online, why cant this be said through a board or a sign? The employees here were clearly slacking off using their phones by going in the back rather than quickly dealing with customers and making food quickly. Half of the employees looked like they did not even know what they were doing. This store is in dire need of better staff. The pizzas cooked were decent but they were your bare standard domino's, I say you go to thw burger king downstairs rather than here which has better service and same quality of food.

Almost the same kind of outlet it is. Budgets start from 150 rs up to 1500. Service is absolutely good. Tasty junk food We now kindly take it occasionally to eat so, that it's okay for our health. The atmosphere was good. All the very best

Great pizza as usual, had fun with friends. It took a while to get the food but wait was worth. Great thing about this place is that there were four options to choose from and we reached there and made a final decision there for what to eat. Shared free parking along the road, shared by four eateries.

We went for Dine IN. And found that the items available were based on the time of the day you go in. But if you are to order OnLine you have all the choices in the menu all day. This is Not Fair.

Pathetic service from this Domino's outlet. I placed a prepaid order with a 30-minute delivery guarantee -- it's been over 2 hours, and I still haven't received my food. When I contacted the delivery guy, he was rude and arrogant, showed no responsibility, and offered no explanation. This kind of delay and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. Domino's needs to seriously look into how this store is being managed. Avoid this outlet unless you want your time and money wasted.
