Last week chicken biryani quantity less And especially brinjal very less If asked also not giving

Jeba Rajan

I'm a very big fan of esait biriyani. I'm a regular customer for the past 12yrs. Trust me I would say that the chicken biriyani they serve here is the best biriyani in the world. Heaven. Mutton biryani is not that good. I think the fat in mutton affects the flavours of the biriyani spices. *NOTE* I feel pity for those who took parcel, due to poor ambience. I had taken parcel couple of times and the taste was indeed bland. I think the banana leaf which they wrap the biriyani with, affects the flavours of the biriyani. So if you want to get the most out of the biriyani, better try it in the shop itself. In lot of reviews, ppl have mentioned that their biriyani is bland and it's colour is very light. Let me tell them one thing, a proper biriyani should have every spices at the right level. For those educated tharkuris who complain about light coloured, it means the chef uses no artificial food colour(or very less) in their biriyani. I wonder if these ppl are aware of the kind of harmfulness the artificial food colour does to our health. I'm not a big fan of brinjal, right from the childhood days but once when I tried their brinjal thooku, I started liking it very much. If you need a lil bit of kick in spice level of the biriyani, try it with their brinjal thooku. It will take you to heaven. Believe me. I had tried lots of biriyani in various shops like ss hyderabadi biryani, Charminar and lot more, where the amount of spices were very intense and horrible. Getting only the smell of cloves and ginger garlic. I'm not a fan of writing reviews in google but as I saw lot of -ve reviews, couldn't tolerate but to write a honest one. I think they have 3 branches in Tambaram itself. Always try only in their main branch, which is located in the Tambaram to Velachery main road.

I have eaten Biriyani from E-Sait for the past two decades. The taste, quantity and quality of the food is top-notch! I never miss out on their Brinjal Gravy. It elevates my taste buds to Zion. They also offer affordable and worthy Brinji for just Rs.40/- Chicken Biryani - Rs.180/- Mutton Biryani - Rs.250/- Chicken 65 - Rs.100/- (4 big pieces) Good place to dine-in and take away. :)

Took away four portions of chicken biriyani from here. The portion size is very generous and that is the only positive thing about this place. The taste was bland though there were a lot of cardamom getting stuck in bites making the experience awful. The biriyani looked light coloured and didn't find it appealing. They also don't even give bread halwa or any other dessert. Brinjal gravy was average and they have a very little amount of Onion Raitha. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I always prefer take away and tastes great. They provide more quantity when compared to other areas. It has small space where bachelors prefer most to dine in. It doesn't suit family people to dine in.

I have been going to this shop and I would like to eaten for the past 10 years. One of the most delicious briyani surrounding the tambaram areas. I haved been tasted brinjal raitha topnotch. There is only one drawback sweet not provided, more quantity and quality for affordable prices. If the infrastructure and ambience of the shop is well fixed then more people will come to eat.

One of the most promising taste ever seen!! In affordable cost 170/- Quantity is about 3 big scoop of biriyani rice in plate, with leg/breast piece. With their brinjal gravy is the must try!!! , "**do not eat without their brinjal.**" Biriyani KING! You know it, when you heard about them in this outer Chennai region. Their Que line extends more than 50 metres on Sunday to get a parcel biriyani from them.
