Geetham Veg Restaurant

Came here many times while visiting family in India. Though crowded, there was always virtually no wait to go inside. Tried many foods here and always liked everything I tried. Personal favorites include the ghee roast dosa. Appetizers were also very good. Staff were always very nice and helpful. Atmosphere inside was busy, but organized and everything was clean. Food itself was also very cheap, almost everything is less than 500 rupees. Honestly, one of my favorite resteraunts in Chennai and I highly recommend you visit!

Went for a dinner. The ambience is decent , the hotel is new and in well maintained condition. Tried quite a few starters and North Indian gravies for combination with roti . Food was above par and did not cause any side effects post. One of the better restaurants in the locality with ample car parking shared with the theatre.

Worst restaurant I ever had Not recommended at all. In Chennai it was my first visit and restaurant I tried this to taste authentic taste of local food but. 1. Waiter not provided proper service 2. No one was there to take orders in hindi. After too much time one waiter came. 3. Thali was there we asked can we share he said no but couple seat in front of us was sharing so I asked why did not you tell us the same thing so waiter was trying to escape like once you get thali you can eat but 2nd time not served again. This communication was not done by him to us while placing order. 4. One table will be shared with other unknown people. 5. No taste Not gave us proper treatment at all.

Vegetarian chain of restaurant in the ground floor of PVR Grand mall. Restaurant is opened till 2 AM in the night. Crowded in the late night and weekends especially with minimum waiting time of 30 minutes. Ambiance and taste of food are ok. Wheelchair accessible entrance and toilets are available.

A nice and clean place very close to Chennai international airport. You get good quality south and North Indian dishes plus sweets and snacks. Good parking. But at times can be crowded

I love the south Indian vegeterian food at Sangeetha and Geetham. Both are same. This time I had idly and sambhar vada and dosa in dinner and then Tamilnadu Thali in the lunch. I liked each of the food. The service is as usual fast. For me from Delhi I find the price reasonable. I can say safely that I have eaten at most of the high end South Indian restaurants in Delhi and none of them is better than Sangeetha or Geetham. I hope they keep the quality and taste consistent in future also.

Food is okay, served fast but not very hot. Compared to the T Nagar branch, the taste is lacking. Weekends have a wait time of 20+ mins, so avoid if in a rush. Valet parking is good, and restrooms are clean despite the crowd. The menu has many items to choose from. Servers are active and service remains good even with heavy traffic. If you're in a hurry for quick bites, it's better to stay away, as you'll have to wait for the bill after finishing dinner, then for cash collection and change.

We had our breakfast here post landing on chennai, though we wanted to visit somewhere else but due to its distance from the airport we chose it. We tried podi idli,dosa , sheera , filter coffee and rasmalai dish.
