Hotel Paramount

We recently visited Paramount Restaurant for lunch around 2:30 PM, and to our surprise, it was still quite crowded at that time. Despite the busyness, we had to wait about 15 minutes before being seated. Once at the table, we ordered both starters and the main course. The food was absolutely fantastic -- everything from the appetizers to the main dishes exceeded our expectations in taste and presentation. However, the Schezwan noodles we were served came a little burnt and had a smoky flavor, which was not ideal. We quickly informed the server about it, and they were very prompt and courteous in replacing the dish. Overall, the experience was great, and if you're patient enough to wait for a table, it's definitely worth it for the amazing food.

Hotel Paramount is a famous old restaurant in kailpak,Chennai....The interior and ambience was okay...Mutton biryani's quantity was enough but taste was below average...Staffs are co-operative...Price was okay...

Hotel Paramount - was a brilliant spot to eat during childhood but now has lost its authenticity and taste. The biryani was tasteless and not flavourful or aromatic at all. The mutton chettinadu missed choice cuts of meat. We got 2 big ( not eatable sizes) pieces of bones with out any flesh but a fatty membrane attached to it. The brain fry and prawn 65 was okay but the prawns were overcooked and rubbery. It was not a value for money experience at all. Plus they do not serve their non veg meals for a Sunday lunch. So it was a total disappointment and a let down. Would never want to visit again.

Dear Hotel Paramount, I wrote this review because today I bought dinner from your hotel and your billing system seems unfair.actually you have a different price list for dining and takeaway.Takeaway pricing is higher than your dining price, because of packing expenses for parcel which is acceptable,but also you are charging additional 5% extra as other packing charge from the bill amount when the time of billing,it seems like unfair and unacceptable ,also it seems like a scam , already we are paying you extra price as per your takeaway price list which is includes packing charges ,then why we must pay you extra money for other packing charges . it also affects your reputation in front of the customers.when I asked about this pricing issue to your staffs I'm getting irresponsible answers from your staffs also they blaming management for this issue.i have attached both the price lists and my bill copy for you and other customers reference. Hope this issue will be fixed soon. Apart from that your food taste is very average. Kindly improve that too. (Paramount spl pepper chicken masala taste and quantity is below average,Paratha quality is good).I attached your parcel food image here,in that image there is no packing material that seems to costs you 5% as per your additional packing charges.It's normal packing material which is provided by all the restaurants nowadays but none of the restaurants charging the way like you. If you claim that others are also charging like this then they are also a scammer in my understanding. Almost you're getting double the GST charges from the customers. My bill amount is Rs 575.00 and I have paid 2.5% and 2.5% as Cgst and Sgst, then the same 5% im paying you as extra packing charges which is mentioned in your bill. Which means you're taking Double the GST money .

I went here yesterday for the Iftar box . The chicken options were really delicious. The crispy chicken looked and tasted amazing and also they have different options like chicken cigar roll , chicken samosa ,tandoori chicken and mutton haleem. Mutton haleem is one of the best i have tried so far. The best thing i liked about this place is that none of their fried items is dripping of oil or it tastes of oil. It's actually very fresh. Must try their iftar box a good variety of evening snacks until Eid.

The taste of the food has drastically declined. What was once exceptional has now lost its charm and value. The quality and flavors that made this place stand out are no longer present -- a disappointing shift from its earlier standards.

We went here for dinner one of the best and pocket friendly hotel for non veg in kilpauk Had parrota with payaa the taste was soo good My suggestion is parrota with atuukal payaaa

I would say that.......this is a decent nonveg hotel around the kilpauk and purasai area. Especially on weekends, you will know why I've said this .You have regular dining at ground floor and AC dining at the top. Very good service by the waiters and even the food quality is good . My favourite was wheat parotta with special prawn chettinad gravy .finger licking combo it is .Falooda is very good here too.If you're around kilpauk ....this is a good place to go .
