Taste and quality of food is really impressive to me. Idlis were very soft and Dosai also very tasty. A Must try item, as per my opinion, is Chettinad Idli for sure !! The best.

Somewhat ok hotel with good house like ambience and service. But the cost is very high compared to the food and service. 1 idly costs Rs 20. Idly taste is nice. Masala Dosa costs Rs 90 but is totally not worth. The Potato inside the Dosa is very hard like a stone.

Hi, 2 idli cost is 50 rupees which is costlier than Hotel Vasantha Bhavan. Taste is Not that much good. The computer billing system is not maintained here, which means they are not paying the tax to Govt. Nobody is wearing a head cap and the food was delivered by the waiter without hand gloves .

This Saturday evening I decided to try a small vegetarian hotel near Tambaram West Market place, I was searching for such a hotel for more than 15 mins. Finally I found this hotel in "Siva Shanmugam Street". I ate Idli and Chappatthi, and both are good in taste. I like the Chappathi a lot because of NO OIL. The ambience is very calm and clean. It was a very old building and the entire hotel was running in a home style ambience. Service was quick and good. When I paid the amount, I shared the feedback with the owner who was sitting at the billing counter. He told me that this hotel opened more than 20 years ago, and they are serving lunch (favorite is RASA VANGI) too. He was very polite and attentive. Being a resident of this area, always wanted to eat something outside which gives a homely feeling and this place is the best. Always filled with regular visitors and office goers who are looking to eat outside but with a home touch. The place is like actually a house which is turned into a resturant. It is run by a family and serves best class south indian vegetarian food with utmost taste and hygiene. Must visit for everyone who is looking for home style food. A hidden gem I must say!! 5 star for taste, hygiene and service.

Lunch is costly for140.No curd. Only buttermilk served for lunch. Take away lunch160.Now a days chicken biriyani cost only170 for take away in Non vegetarian restaurants. So charging160 for vegetarian meals parcel is not price worthy. Meals quality is just ok.

Avoid This Restaurant: Overpriced and Disappointing Key Points: 1. The sambar is bland and distasteful. 2. The vathakuzhambu tastes awful. 3. The rasam is mediocre at best. 4. The rice is often overcooked. 5. Meal portions are small, and requests for extra rice are barely fulfilled. 6. Poor service coupled with high prices makes it a bad value for money. Avoid dining here if you're looking for quality food and good service.

Food quality is good. But, the way of billing and delivery of the parcel is very very poor. They are writing the bill instead of printing. My take away order is completely ruined.
