Junior Kuppanna - Porur- Iyyappanthangal

I have ordered from Swiggy today @12.30 pm and got delivered by 1 pm. Biriyani was extremely cold chiken meat was like rubber definitely it is a old food and reheated meat. Don't play with ppl lives for making money. I don't even think about kuppana anymore.

Parotta items were good but They had menu for name sake when we went for lunch. Nothing was available except some chicken dishes. They are charging rs.380 for peri peri chicken but it had only 3 pieces. Not worth the cost as well. Not satisfied at all over all.

We came from West Bengal , we ordered for kattu paratha veg & non.veg both. We thought that 2pcs of paratha along with veg preparation& non. Veg preparation. But the dish cane different. Although we like the food but if you give some description about the food underneath the items name then it will be very help full for outsiders /tourist. Thank you.

Went for lunch today. Worst customer service. The management has recruited inexperienced newbies who don't know how to respond to customers politely. Coming to the food part, the pallipalayam chicken tastes like turmeric chicken; no flavor, tastes raw and bland. No one even came to settle the bill, we had to go to the billing counter in spite of very few crowd. To top it off their complain number is not reachable. Poor on all ends.

I have ordered 2 sts of parottas( 4 pieces)and veg kuruma paid 698/ through swiggy.But 2 pieces of parottas ans 2 cup veg kuruma supplied.Immediately [1min] report today the delivery boy.He told me to contact junior kuppanna.Iyappanthangal.I call to them several times,no response.order no 7409.Its bad experience.If isn't proper you have to close the business.Don't cheat others.

We ordered a bucket chicken biriyani (3-4 person) through swiggy the food quantity is very low and not worth the money its really a waste of cost and also they charged high amount for that low quantity very worst restaurant !!!! The food taste also not gud literally waste !!!

I had an amazing biryani while travelling from Kochi to Chennai - it was unlike any other I've had before! However, my last two experiences at the Forum Mall and Porur outlets were extremely disappointing. The chicken was old and as hard as a rock. The quantity was shockingly low, especially considering the 320 price tag. For a restaurant with such a large outlet, the quality of food served was well below average. I won't be returning to any of their outlets again. If you can't maintain the standards, it's better to leave the food business altogether.
