Definitely the best catering service around Madambakkam Tambaram area. I am a regular customer of their services. Pros 1) If pre ordered they can provide food as early as 06:30 am. 2) Food is really delicious at the same time doesn't do anything to the stomach. 3) They are very punctual and if we compare the rates their prices are very reasonable/nominal for the service they provide. 4) I am a travel agent, many a times I order lunch along with Breakfast for excursion one day tours. They really do magic, their hotpack keeps the food (Lunch) hot and fresh around 10 to 12 hours. All credits to Mr. Pattabhi Santhanam the backbone and owner of this catering. He has a way of handling people which creates a positive bond. Above all, the top most priority is cleanliness and hygiene. He has got a wonder team of trustworthy employees who carry out everything flawless even in his absence. Would highly recommend

We were buying food here since 2 years. food is really good. but the response towards the customer is really bad.. the man sitting in the billing counter wearing specs is showing attitude and very rude towards the customers. He is treating the customers like a dog and behaving like they are providing the food for free. Please take some action on reading my reviews.. don't think like you are earning more money now. If your attitude is not good,you won't get peace in life even if you are a multimillionaire.

Someone has left a comment about them being rude, I totally agree with that comment. We had gone here to order food for 15 members for a small family get together, the response of a lady who was in-charge at the moment was very rude. It was as though she was donating food to us. The cost they quoted for 15 members was higher than the cost in Geetham, so eventually we all went to Geetham for lunch. My major concern is not the cost, it is their product and they can charge whatever they want. People who find it reasonable are going to buy it. But the behavior is totally unacceptable.

As many of them have already pointed out, it's not just about the food it's also about customer handling. I occasionally buy here from time to time, nothing has changed in the past few years. The way they respond, the way they treat you in person and over phone will make you wonder if you're getting some sort of annadhanam. I think even in such places you would not face cold behaviour. May be it's the volume of business they're doing, may be they are comfortable serving only their standard customer base, may be they think they're the monopoly in this locality. Time & again, disappointed.

Have purchased dinner from here frequently. Rate is very affordable. The quantity and quality which we get for the amount paid is also good. We can pre order as well through WhatsApp which is an added advantage because some days certain items gets sold faster. Really happy to have such a place nearby where we can buy food whenever needed and get the satisfaction of eating home made like food.

You will see reviews like these and 1 star when the customer service is very bad. When you call them to get details , they show very rude behavior. They talk as if we are asking food for free or we are begging in front of them. And due to this insult when you don't place order, they will call you again and this time they talk very politely, just to get an order from you. Very shocking. Customer service is the key in any business... Definitely I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Taste is inconsistent. Some days it is good and some other days bad, salty or spicy. They are increasing the prices of dishes, particularly snacks as per their whims and fancies. There would be price change in snacks day to day. The snack which was charged 125/- yesterday will be sold at 150/- today.
