Worst KFC branch. Ordered classic zinger burger and 2 Hot & Crispy chicken through Swiggy. It tasted like a roadside burger, it was cold and stale chicken. Hot and crispy chicken was not freshly prepared and tasted worst I have ever had and the dessert choco lava. It's the worst of them all and tasted like crap. If you want to try out KFC go to Santhome branch. Will never order anymore.

Disappointed again . The quality of chicken is worst. Ordered a chicken strips and hot and crispy chicken with Fries and Zinger burger. Chicken stripes wasn't good. Chicken is so hard and also it was 1hour before cooked chicken. Not so hot and fresh. Why i tell strong Because of the another hot and crispy was so good and fresh and also so hot. Zinger Burger Overhyped Fries Not hot.

Missing rice bowl and this is not the first time Very disappointed with this branch Unable to contact the store because no one there to pick up the call This is a great franchisee but people with their dull work ruining it's reputation

Do not go to this Thiruvottiyur branch, I have ordered in zomato, called by Roll Meal box, Received hair in kfc Peri Peri chicken, am totally disappointed in this branch

Experienced a nightmare at this KFC branch. The AC started leaking and the entire outlet was flooding with water and let alone cleaning, couldn't find anyone to get this repaired. Couldn't believe this happening at a KFC. The self ordering billing machine was broken. There was shortage of staffs, the same person who was taking the order had to clean the tables as well. The staff didnt knew how to clean as well. He uses the same dirty cloth to wipe the tables without even cleaning the cloth. Instead of cleaning the table "they" just caress it and leave it, spreading the sauce all over. Wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this mess. Note: This is a new outlet and things like this unacceptable. Im leaving this review so that they get things fixed and provide decent service to people coming in future.

Being a new outlet I was shocked to see the lack of cleanliness. There were waters leaking from the roof, the card swiping equipments were damaged, there was no handwash liquid in the bathroom, the floors weren't clean, The tables were not cleaned properly. I can just list out a few more. I've been seeing this trend in KFC where they're not pretty serious about the chennai market. Sad to see such big brands turning a blind eye to a growing market.

I had a good experience at this KFC location. The food taste was average compared to other outlets and also not served hot(feels like the chickens are fried 2 hours ago). Be aware that seating is limited and can be quite full on weekends. Additionally, the only beverage option available was Pepsi. Overall, a decent spot for a quick meal
