Khalids biriyani

I visited Khalid's Biryani, Chrompet on 21st Feb 2025. The place wasn't too crowded, but since a party function was happening, dine-in was shifted to the next hall. Ambience & Service: Service was okay, but the place was poorly maintained. Wires were hanging, and not all tables had proper lighting. The worst part was the toilet--it was in a horrible condition. Food Experience: Ordered the Chicken & Mutton Biryani Virundu. Initially, they served 1 Idiyappam & 1 piece kabab with gravy. The quantity was good, and they served biryani twice with 2-3 pieces of meat each time. The third serving was only biryani rice. The meal included salad, brinjal gravy, a sweet (Bread Halwa), and a Goli Soda. Chicken Biryani was served with two different types of rice (Jeeraga Samba & Basmati), while Mutton Biryani had only Basmati rice. Heard that takeaway food tastes different from what they serve in the restaurant. Other Notes: Management is the same for Aazhi restaurant, which is located in the same place. Both restaurants share the same menu cards. Overall: Food quantity is decent, but the ambience, hygiene, and maintenance need serious improvement. Rating: (3/5)

We ordered mutton biryani and mushroom biriyani along with starters chilli prawn, prawn thokku, fish finger and chilli fish for our office team lunch. The person(Munish) who coordinated me started from placing the order until it got delivered to us was really amazing and helpful in all possible ways he can suggeting the best dishes and clearing all my queries. Packing was neat and they make sure that it should not openable unless we open it. That's how it was well packed. Quantity was really good coming from the starters to the main course well cooked mutton inside the biriyani. A must try dishes what ever ordered. The only concern was mushroom biriyani was little spicy. Which we never expected but it was manageable. All over a must try restaurant add this in your list for sure.

Worst restaurant, even hand washing area tap is not working , there was a bucket with water for hand washing, and power cut also there was no inventor or generator, if power cut means you need eat with dark room Food and taste was ok, but ambience and maintenance was worst restaurant, and there was raw fish smell also.

Very worst experience today I had they gave yesterday's food and yesterday's biriyani for bothe veg and non veg they made us feel this kalids very very worst experience. Kindly never ever visit this place for food and anything the parking is also worst with water stagnant, Also there are no much maintenance for ambience and ac is ok not much usefull for siting and chitchatting with frnds not good for food

This is worst experience I had with khalids biryani. Especially there is person name kareem who is the area manager who gave false commitment for delivery of food and made me wait for 3 hours saying it will arrive finally no words saying I will refund. His arrogant behaviour and he will say apologies in the chat and will pick calls. He is an extraordinary person in saying false. Worst biriyani delivered for thirty people with chicken 65 degraded. No words to explain the attitude of the person when it was said to him. Food certification and other delivery companies are fake for common man with this kind of area manager just by saying I will refund you for any queries. People please don't fall for this kind of false worst food if you think your money is worth for good food.

I had tried malai kebab and butter naan several times in a row.. asked ti to make it extra Creamy all the time . But they failed to .. and also this place looks somewhat shady and even got a chance to see some pests and full sized rats wandering inside.. can't maintain the cutlery and tissue on table..

Worst service I get in my life.... No proper system from take order to pay.. hope management to take action.. no proper que handling....

Chicken biryani I got parcel. They gave me old biriyani, rice was not good. Chicken was very hard to eat . In chrompet khalid biriyani take away. 520 rs waste .
