MADURAI MANNAR MESS

1.It is located in Madras food walk, porur (Karappakkam). And I visited on 01.05.2025. 2. 99 Rs Chicken biryani is normal seeraga samba briyani. I tasted it which is ok but the smell is different compared to my other seeraga samba biriyani . Maybe rice is not washed well and I think they used coconut oil. Taste wise briyani ok. No extra flavouring agent. 3. Kola urundai is nice , but a little bit , i found the taste of chicken. 4. Service wise ok, they treated me well ( Single person me). people must feel crowded on this day due to offers on the day ( Opening offer). 5. Tables and seats are neat and clean. 6. But the items are missing to taste. 7. I waited about 45 Mins.

Very disappointed with unhygienic mutton biryani. The meat is full of HAIR - Photo attached. The restaurant is located on the Main road of Arcot road Porur, inside Madras food court. Next to Zudio shop. It has a small parking area at the front . Unique shops are available. Prices are costly. The starters are available and various shawarma, desert, chinese etc ! The ambiance was good but unhygienic mutton biryani was served. I literally started to dislike of briyani. I don't wish to waste food all the time. But not in my hands . I informed the person, they have replaced but again in the pieces I saw hair. So I just stopped eating it. Thank God I was very cautious on eating. No bill was provided and they have apologised. They don't have any combos and offers for any items. Some other items like Falooda are not available . The AC was good and the chairs were available. The service was quick but unhealthy. Average !! Compared to their anna nagar branch they need to improve their Service and Food taste ... Mutton briyani has a lot more bones than the pieces and the taste was also subtle. Malai kebab was too good .. One thing is the price is not worth the quantity

The exterior lights of the hotel and the display of the name are attractive and give a good first impression. However, the food inside does not live up to expectations. It is not worth the money, and the taste does not reflect the authentic flavors typically associated with Madurai.

Worst hotel worst taste. Never ever tasted this worst in my life. Spoiling Madurai taste and name. And all this are not tried on offer day. This all tried after paying big money which not at all worth Try to change your gravy. Mutton biriyanai worst Kari dosa worst Parota worst oh worst Kabab worst Dosa ok Soup Good

The food at Madurai Mannar Mess was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors. A great place for anyone craving tasty South Indian meals!

Food was amazing... will surely recommend people to try this place atleast once.! Service by Rahul was nice too.!
