Visited here for a lunch on weekend.. Not a big crowd.. seats were readily available.. Their atmosphere and ambiance was so simple but superb.. Tried their pepper mutton fry and Non veg meals with 7 gravies.. 1.Fish gravy 2.Crab gravy 3.Prawn gravy 4.Chicken gravy 5.Mutton gravy 6.Dry fish gravy 7.Country chicken gravy Rasam Curd 2 veggies Kesari Appalam Unlimited rice Service was great.. Quality and quantity of the food items are tasty.. Felt no additional masala's or food colours But clove and cinnamon flavour was bit high in chicken gravy.. Will revisit for dinner sometime later..

This authentic South Indian restaurant is a hidden gem. The Marundhu Kulambu meals are a perfect blend of flavor and health, while the Vanjaram Poo Varuval is crispy and delicious. The Elaneer Katta dessert is refreshing and light, rounding off the meal beautifully. Every dish reflects traditional flavors at their finest. A must-visit for lovers of South Indian cuisine!

One of the best NV meals I had recently. The non veg meals comes with a wide array. 1. Mutton Kuzhambu 2. Chicken Kuzhambu 3. Chicken Milagu Kuzhambu 4. Meen Kuzhambu 5. Nandu Kuzhambu 6. Nethili Karuvatu thokku 7. Mangai Puli pachadi 8. Kesari 9. Rasam 10. More (moor) 11. Appalam Then we had the Chicken soup which was 4/5 Mutton Chukka was one of the best in Chennai 5/5 Very nice place, very courteous service. Ambience is okayish. Not bad. But not splendid either. The meals at 199 is a treat as it had pieces of meat and fish in them which is rare. Must try!

Had Non veg Meals.. 7 types of Non veg gravies with small meat pieces +Rasam and Buttermilk and 2 Veg Sides . Each gravy was unique and very Tasty , especially Crab & Mutton top notch. Bit spicy but loved it.. must try & pocket friendly..

Good taste for this price. Perfect place for lunch. 2nd visit. They will not give you papad for the nonveg meal. If you need you have to pay extra money.

Disappointing experience at this restaurant! Despite ordering as a group of four, the service was slow and disorganized. We waited 45 minutes for the first dish to arrive, and even then, the orders were fulfilled sporadically. The kizhi parota arrived cold, and two of our dishes never made it to the table. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unresponsive to our concerns, with the cashier being downright confrontational when we asked about the issues. We ended up paying only for what we received and left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Needless to say, we won't be returning!

Visited today to have dinner. Inspired of waiting for half an hour not even single person came to take order. We asked owner regarding it he also not responding properly and showing attitude. Worst hotel don't visit
