Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Exploring the Delights and Disappointments of Dining Out Dining out is an experience that encompasses more than just the taste of the food; it's about the atmosphere, the service, and the overall value for money. A dinner combo that offers a variety of dishes at a reasonable cost can be a delightful way to explore different flavors and cuisines. It allows diners to sample multiple items without the commitment to a single, large dish, making it an appealing option for those who enjoy variety in their meals. However, the experience can be marred when certain elements fall short, such as the freshness of the dessert. Carrot halwa, a classic Indian sweet dish made from grated carrots, milk, sugar, and nuts, is best enjoyed when freshly prepared. The warmth and the rich texture of freshly made halwa can elevate the end of a meal to a memorable moment. On the contrary, a reheated version may lose that appeal, leaving a sense of disappointment. The texture may change, and the flavors might not be as vibrant, which can be discerned by an attentive palate. The ambiance of a restaurant also plays a crucial role in the dining experience. It sets the mood and can significantly affect the perception of the meal. A well-crafted atmosphere, with attention to lighting, music, and decor, can enhance the enjoyment of the food and make the meal feel more special. In conclusion, while a dinner combo can offer value and variety, the quality of each component is essential to the overall satisfaction. Freshness, especially in desserts like carrot halwa, is paramount. Additionally, the atmosphere of the establishment can either complement the dining experience or detract from it. As diners, our feedback on these aspects can guide restaurants to improve and ensure that every course, from starter to dessert, is a delight to the senses.
Atmosphere is very delightful, can go with children...food is very hot while serving, even gulab jamun and everything, pepper chicken masala just like okay okay...butter non is good as much as expected, fulka also nice, chicken 65 is average in taste and also like hard, veg fried rice really good in tastes children loved it, more than chicken fried rice...fulka chapati ordered but gravy is another menu we should order if need side dish...it's a new thing for me because the experience this the first time I heard like this.okay but the bill 1300 is too high in my budgetful dinner...
Food quality and taste to be improved ; drinking water cane is the most horrible one kept in dining hall; the water cane not even worth to store waste water; And the sanitation facility to be improved a lot; Not recommended and not worth the money spent.
Food tastes good! Costlier to a little extent for this quantity and quality! Starters are ok ok but briyani is just try. Good and tastier. Meals cost 380 and not worth that price! Chicken fried rice tastes good. Can visit once
Dinner combo was kind of worth the cost and gets you some variety . But talking about the dessert carrot halwa we got is not fresh but it was reheated and could feel that .
I have been to the hotel around 10.30PM for my dinner takeaway. Parcel package is quite good. Quantity of the food is very bad for the price. Taste of the food is very average. Per person 660 is too high. Not recommended.
Today afternoon we went to NAATTARASAN Restaurant at Urrapakkam (bill attached/order No. NA-4483) and ordered chicken 65 briyani, plain briyani, and chicken sukka. My son found a couple of houseflies in BRiyani, and he consumed them without knowing it. When we asked the manager, he was least bothered, and without answering, he left. What an attitude he has! and he doesn't feel sorry for that. I don't know why NAATTARASAN Restaurant hired people who work for money only. Later, we paid the total amount by Gpay of Rs. 898 to Shameless staff and left. Till this time, my son, after consuming that unhygienic briyani, vomited a couple of times. It is not acceptable; they have completely played with the customer by their carelessness. The hotel was uncleaned and unhygienic, with a lot of flies. Still, we managed but left with a very bad experience. The manager, Chef, has to throw out for their irresponsible job and ask them to consume the rotten briyani with flies into it, then he will realize the customers position; otherwise, those kinds of shameless people work for only money; they will not bother others customers health
The Ambience and seatings were good. But the food can be better. It's a little overpriced for what u get. They took a long time to bring the food. I hope they were preparing only after we ordered. The Hotel was fully crowded and we had to wait for more than 15 mins to get a table. There is a small playground with swing outside the hotel for kids to have fun. There is spacious car and two wheeler parking space.
