It's been second time since the issue is happening with palm shore egmore...last time plastics were in the nachos fired rice we ordered...after that we also we used to go there and have food... today we went for lunch there it will be around 3 o pm we ordered one chicken biriyani soup and starter.. starter was Gud but not hot though we had it because it tasted good same applied to the soup also with biriyani please check with image I attached... it's something how biriyani should not be there is no taste not hot and the rice were sticky I complained about the biriyani the person works there was like "intha biriyani epadi dha mam erukum " no I could get that every time we used to have it there we won't regonize the taste or what ?? The rice the masala all it felt like the left over food we had there... very much disappointed and never ever will go back to palm shore... and the manger once again call us and asks us to delete the review ??? This time that wont happen...look over the rice it's all smashed And the chicken is not even cooked properly ... we intimated that also they replied us with "biriyani chicken apadi dha erukum" they are charging premium amount for all the dishes but the taste and services is not at all premium ...we get the bestest biriyani at road side itself ."

We ordered mutton biryani, parotta, Kandhari chicken, fish, and pulpy grape juice. The food and juice were okay but not exceptional--not really worth the money. It's best to eat the food while it's hot; otherwise, the parotta gets rubbery. The restaurant has strong air conditioning, which makes the food go cold within minutes. On the bright side, the ambiance is pleasant.

Had lunch with friends and enjoyed a great variety--biryani, momos, non-veg platter, prawns, and panna cotta--all were excellent! The only downside was the soup, which had too much ginger in every spoonful.

Mixed Grill Platter - A good variety of kebabs, including seekh kebabs, tandoori chicken, and malai tikka. Some pieces were well-cooked, while others felt slightly dry. The naan was a bit hard. Sizzling Kebab with Rice - The kebab was decent, but the rice was burnt, making it nearly inedible. This ruined the dish's overall flavor. French Fries - Crisp, golden, and lightly seasoned with herbs. Tasted good but nothing extraordinary. A simple, safe option. Kunafa Dessert - Well-prepared with a crispy texture and soft filling. The pistachio topping added a nice crunch and flavor. A satisfying end to the meal.

I had a bad experience previously ordering food online from here, so I was hesitant to visit. But my cousin convinced me, and since it was nearby and we were tired, I decided to give it a try. I expected a long wait, but thankfully we were seated quickly and our order arrived within minutes. We tried the Tamil Kalyana Biryani, and it was quite good, with a sufficient quantity. The price is a bit on the higher side, but considering the ambiance, it's worth a try. One thing to note is that the AC can be adjusted in certain areas--when we thought it was a bit warm, they immediately made the change. Overall, you can visit here without hesitation!

Nice place to eat tasty non veg dishes. This restaurant is just opposite of Govt. Museum. Dishes served here is delicious and staffs are hospitable. I recommend to try once and I am sure you would come back to this restaurant next time. Parking is a bit difficult here.

Such a great experience, staffs are very well mannered, especially the waiter 'Niten Chhetri' , never had the thought that the food is expensive considering the quality of the food. We ordered crab soup(highly recommended), bbq tiger prawn, bbq basa fish, Paneer butter masala, malabar paratha, palmshore suande. Overall quality of test is excellent and spend 2k for all of it.

Vechical parking caretaker not good they damaged my bike they changed the lane where i was parked. They broke right side rear indicator even they didn't apologise for their negligence they can't even understand what we are trying to communicate. Coming back to food which was good and waiting time was high.
