It's understandable that sometimes a purchase doesn't meet expectations. A product's appeal can be quite subjective, and taste preferences vary. Certain flavors or textures might not resonate with everyone, leading to disappointment. I bought a Mutton Supreme pack (3 packs worth Rs. 5000), but the cover says Chicken Supreme. This review is of today's food; it may taste better on other days.

Recently ordered through online delivery. The taste of the food is not good and its cold and packaging is too poor and even the hotel manager called and asked to give good review and asked about the spicing of food but its too blunt and plain. Very disappointed and quantity is not enough for that price.

Only Briyani Recommended. Please don't try any North Indian Dishes.. They don't know how to make Roti curry , Nan, chicken butter masala etc... had a bad experience with it. Paradise Biryani in Kattupakkam offers a reliable dining experience with its well-known biryani dishes. The food quality is generally good, with the biryanis being flavorful and aromatic. I had mutton biryani traditional hyderabadi nawabi style served hot quantity of the portion slightly less but quality that is tastes & aroma of the biriyani which is so good juicy mutton pieces marinated & cooked properly with flavored spices & saffron basmati rice blended in correct ratio given this biriyani an exotic & mouthwatering experience with mirchi ka salan & flavored raitha which also tastes good interiors & ambience also good finally double ka meetha (bread halwa) served as a compliment tastes average , service was satisfied & overall it was satisfied & recommended to have a authentic mutton biryani costs @ 282/- each

If you're a true biryani lover, stay far away from Paradise Biryani. I had high expectations, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. First off, the price is ridiculous -- 508 for one mutton biryani! And what do you get for that? Just 2 or 3 tiny pieces of mutton that hardly feel like they belong in a biryani. The taste? Totally bland. No spice, no kick, no biryani magic -- just an overwhelming ghee flavor that makes it taste more like Pongal than biryani. It lacks that rich, layered aroma and masala depth that a good biryani should have. Overall, it's overpriced, underwhelming, and not worth your time or money. There are far better places around -- Paradise Biryani is nothing but a name with zero substance.

Our second visit here and as always the best experience. Their customer service is par excellent. Specially Abhirami. She is a well behaved and a pleasant server who catered to our every detail and need. As usual food was piping hot and yummy.

Worst service ever, order a take away waited for 30min asked 2 times in between finally thay come and said wait for 10 more min bcs the parcel has mistakenly deliver to other person, worst management. If u in a way to go to some important place dont go here... By the name sake only they are telling from 1953 but waste management

Real "paradise" of biryani Ambience: This place is well furnished and has seating for atleast 30 members overall. The space is decent and not too crowded. They always have space for dining in. Food: Their food is wonderful and the best Hyderabadi biryani I have had. The flavors are perfect and meat is cooked to perfection. Been there many times since 2018 but have never seen a difference in taste or quality. Their kebabs are somewhat pricey but are awesome. Perfectly cooked and flavourful. Staff: Staff are super good and hospitable. They are quick in helping us with order. Location and parking: This place is located on mount poonamalee high road and has a large parking area. It can accommodate 5 to 6 cars with space for two wheelers too. There is also space outside the building where we can park on the road. They also have a separate space for delivery people to collect food from so you will not have interruption when trying to get takeaway. One of the most loved Hyderabadi biryani restaurant.
