It was a cool place, though, but the service was terrible, and the food was better compared to the Service. Yeah, the rooms were better as well.

This used to be a very good place. But now due to change with employee they have lost the taste in food. Most predominantly the customer service has gone to its worst. I use to recommend this hotel for family visit and business meetings. It was so convenient and good. Now it's nightmare

LACK OF HOSPITALITY AND RESPECT TO GUESTS Although rooms and location are nice, overall impression is very bad. They did not allow me to check out later because I had online booking. They asked full daily price just for 3-4 hours, even 2 hours. It was obvious that hotel was not full. They explained that direct guests only can have later check out. They call themselves Airport hotel, isn't it obvious that people need rest and they have different timings because of flight. What kind of attitude is it!?! Am I bad quality guest or what? Comparing to direct client? This is NORMAL practice to allow late check-out for free or for reasonable price for guests convinience all over the world. My flight was 7 pm, and I had to check out at 11. That was highly inconvenient.

The food was delicious. We went there for a party and the staff were very accommodating to our requests. We loved the ambience of the bar and the neatness of the room

Everything went great here. Stayed here to catch a late night flight from Chennai Airport. Just 5 to 10 minutes away from airport, so location is perfect. Easy to get cabs and the hotel also arranged their own vehicle decent cost. Cleanly maintained rooms, comfortable furniture and spacing. Bathroom is very easy and safe for elders. Decent staffs with manners. Food provided were good.

There are Pros snd Cons in reviewing this Hotel service. Firstly I wanted to give a great thankyou to Mr Edwin who has been very helpful to us since the day of arrival till our departure day. Secondly Check out timing is a bit early 11:00am.(as per hotel timings) We requested if we can check out at 12:00pm but the staff members would not allow since our flight was in the evening. This is my first time experience and its a bit dissapointed. Hotel rules should be obeyed but when it comes to guest needs the hotel should work on it more. Thirdly We change our complimentary breakfast since we cannot have Oily food in the morning.The staff has agreed to our request which I personally appreciate it. The hotel food is so-so, Chinese food is highly recommended. Food & beverages Services is good, Staff is very friendly and polite.

Cleaning of rooms and room service was excellent.staffs are really nice and supportive. Just for the reader's information who would like to book this hotel, the airport shuttle isn't free and so is the complimentary breakfast as mentioned in their about section. So please have a conversation with the staff before booking any room. I would also like to suggest to provide tea and sugar sachets since a kettle is provided in the rooms.

Close to the airport. In a very busy fairly narrow road. Restaurant at the hotel has a good menu and prices. I enjoyed the included traditional Indian breakfast each day.
