Samudhra pure vegetarian restaurant

03/11/2024 Rating: 2/5 Extremely disappointing. The atmosphere was unhygienic, AC Not working which was a major concern. The prices were exorbitant, yet the basic amenities and services were lacking. Even simple food items like idlis were not available. The service was slow and unresponsive. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns.. Pros: Sambar taste is good Cons: 1. Unhygienic atmosphere 2. Overpriced 3. Limited food options (even basic items not available) 4. Poor service Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Improve cleanliness and hygiene standards. 2. Review pricing strategy to offer value for money. 3. Enhance food options and availability. 4. Train staff to provide better customer service.

Do not opt for takeaway here unless you wish to eat bad batches of food cooked. You will be charged equal to Geetham and will be served poor quality food which makes you realise that roadside kiosks are better than here. Attached photos of the Idlies I ordered which pretty much looks like mini kaal dosa.

Extremely disappointing behaviour from the restaurant owner. She will never support customer for the truness and worst behaviour i have been waiting at the restaurant for 30 mins. The order was ready in 15 mins. No body have informed .when I inquired about the order the owner told it w as ready before. she is showing her angry face infront of others.please respect the customer and have a proper process for takeawey .one of your valuable customer.thanks

Wow, Anything orders wasn't available, or they said it's delay, or will ope after 7. We tasted Idiyampam, poratta, masala dosa, idly

We ordered idly , dosai and falooda. But we received only half stream food and falooda only milkshake not added fruits. Very worst product.

I had a great experience at samudhra restaurant. The food was fresh, tasty, and had a lot of variety for vegetarians. The place was clean and had a nice, cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and quick to help, which made the our breakfast even better.Overall, it's a great spot for anyone looking for good vegetarian food. I'll definitely visit again!

We had a very good and delicious lunch today. Ordered the following items South Indian meals- vegetables tasted so good. Vathakuzhambu was excellent. Parotta- So soft, layered and good Birinji- Tasted good with lot of veggies Thanks for the sumptuous food. A special mention to Mr.Giri for serving us well despite the peak crowd at the restaurant. But a small concern- the wait time was a little bit more. Overall worth the money we paid.

It's always a perfect visit for the 4th time for dining, maintaining the same taste, preparing food after once order is placed so can get very fresh and hot, highly recommended for a better dining experience.
