Customer Reviews & Testimonials
"Santrupti Restaurant had some great aspects - the parking was convenient, and the ambiance was lovely. The service was great with minimal waiting time for food.. However, the food was a mixed bag. While the Classic Platter had a variety of dishes, some items like the aloo were burnt, and the kebab had a sweet taste. Chilli Paneer was overpowered by capsicum and onion. Aloo Paratha was just okay. Veg Dum Biryani had an unusual masala taste that didn't quite work for me. Overall, while the atmosphere and service were great, the food needs some improvement. Maybe revisit the menu and refine the recipes?"
We had booked Thamarai party hall for our daughter's first birthday and I should say the food was amazing everyone enjoyed it but on the other hand the decor (RANGOLI EVENTS) was not up to the standards. We went with butterfly theme which they had already done before so I thought they would do a good job but nope. It was so bad when you look at the decor close. Most of the items were rusted and the paint was ripped. They are just degrading the standards of Santrupti. Hope they change their decor company soon.
Had a very good lunch experience here, with a few of my friends. I had no expectations coming here since it was my first time, but I have to say I was really impressed. The service was really great by the staff, very professional. We had three courses, we ordered: Crispy corn, a variety of mushroom cutlets, Mini bucket of breads with cashew masala and mattar paneer makhani, Mixed veg biryani, Ended with Shahi thukuda. I only got pics of the starters and then the food was so tasty that I forgot to take pics . All the dishes were amazing but the Shahi thukda is a must try, we finished it in a matter of seconds. Overall a great experience, not one thing went bad about the lunch. 100% suggest it everyone.
A wonderful place to try out some North Indian cuisine. The most remarkable point is the service. All of the people that served us were polite and kind. They were professional and helpful. The ambience is not really up to mark, does not justify the sumptuous food.
This review is after dining thrice with family. Very good food and extremely polite service. All our visits were on weekdays, therefore things may have been favourable for us! We also made sure to reach the restaurant at 7 pm. Apart from this the time taken for the service of each course was also considerably less, taking into account that all tables were full. One of the finest places to eat-out in this locality!
Food here is very good. The range of veg options are good with reasonable prices. The ambiance is good and neatly maintained.
Went in for dinner today(Friday) at around 8pm and the seating was available. First of all I really appreciate the service time. It was the best!! And the staff were nice and very prompt. Not too much interruptions in between and they knew when to come in and when not to!!The service definitely deserves a 5 star. The food was also good. Cream of mushroom soup was great as it wasn't too powdery or thick it was just right and the same with palak and corn soup. We had the special platter and everything in it was good. Peas pulao with dal was vera level nice!! Id recommend it for sure. The parathas and roti were all made of wheat and tastes great and also the paneer kolhapuri was a good accompaniment. And the pricing is also reasonable!! Really a worthy place to visit for a good veg restaurant.
Santrupti is a great restaurant when it comes to the authentic North Indian cuisine. The variety and the taste of all the dishes is pretty good. The service is fast and the people are polite and friendly. A must-try restaurant for vegetarians.
