Savoury SeaShell Restaurant - Velachery

The Briyani was average. Dont be disappointed by reviews, in my opinion. There were so many reviews on the grilled chicken. I did not find anything special flavour in the seashell grilled chicken. As a foreigner, I have eaten in Seashell. The taste was nice. Clean restaurant with good ambience.

We had mandi, but was below expectations. The prawn fry they served along with was not so great too. But dragon chicken was excellent.

Absolutely Delightful Experience at Savory Restaurant, Velachery! I recently visited Savory Restaurant in Velachery, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we stepped in, everything about the experience was simply top-notch. The food was absolutely amazing - every dish was bursting with rich, authentic flavors that left us wanting more. You can really tell that a lot of thought and care goes into their recipes and preparation. The service was equally impressive. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. It's rare to find such genuinely courteous and prompt service these days! To top it all off, the ambience was perfect - cozy, inviting, and beautifully set up. Whether you're planning a casual meal or a special dinner, the atmosphere here adds so much to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Savory Restaurant if you're in or around Velachery. Amazing food, great service, and a lovely setting

I ordered a quarter plate of the Arabic Mutton Mandi Biryani from Seashell Restaurant, and it was sufficient for two people. The rice had a really good taste, with an authentic Arabic style featuring moderate spiciness and a pleasant aroma. However, the meat, despite looking juicy, was too hard and dry when tasted. Personally, I didn't enjoy the meat, so I would not recommend the mutton Mandi from Seashell. Instead, I suggest trying the chicken or prawn Mandi Along with that we had chicken kebabs, Fish fry and Sizzling brownie Those were really delicious. Decent Ambience. Staff were friendly and courteous. Great services.

They have very good menu with arabian foods and the taste was authentic. We tried Raan biriyani and kunafa, which tasted great and quantity is also good. Must try. Service is also good. Prices looks good for the quality and the taste.

1.Chicken lollipop saucy and Gobi Manchurian dry was good. 2.The size of the tandoori piece was small compared to the average size we get from other restaurants. 3. In mutton briyani , the one we got was not mixed well with masala ,so disappointed. The most disappointed one was the mushroom Schezwan friedrice . It was tasteless (No salt and No spicy). 4. Attaching the bill for latest price of the items, we ordered.

Pls never try this Velachery Sea Shell, We visited this restaurant on Pongal (Tuesday) The food served was very old. We ordered plate shawarma, chicken salad, koji rice. Everything was pathetic !! Food is zero !! I request the food safety department to come check this restaurant!!
