Sha's cafe

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this cafe. Despite my previous positive experiences, the service today was shockingly poor. The staff were lethargic, more focused on online orders than attending to in-house customers. Our dissatisfaction was ignored, showing a complete lack of concern. The food quality has deteriorated significantly. The French fries were overcooked and inedible, while the momos were improperly packed and fell apart. When I raised the issue, I was given the excuse that the heat caused the damage, with no accountability. Additionally, the new shawarma station is a health hazard, exposed to road dust and debris. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable. To highlight the drastic decline, I have attached a picture of my previous positive review. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to restore the standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this cafe.

Ambience was nice and gives a positive vibe. We tried 2 to 4 dishes that was so good and service also super.Try here to explore the taste of foods. Combo dishes are available try it. Small cafe to meet and explore treat with a friends and couples. Good place for Nonveg lovers.

Had a Great experience at Shas Cafe! The food was really good , fresh, tasty, and served hot. The staffs were friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout. It's a great spot to relax with friends and family. Definitely happy to have this cafe in Madambakkam.. Highly recommend! Keep Growing

A kutty little cafe to munch a decent shawarma, it has become my usual shawarma spot, do give a try! And the staff treats you good all the time.

Simply astonishing flavors...bbq, fresh chicken burger, nuggets and fried chicken and every item they prepared freshly and tastly. Note: Especially lime mojito was too good in taste

It was an pleasant experience over here.. I really enjoyed the ambience... the service and the workers were good... The food was at a great taste.. I ate chicken momo, paneer wrap and Alfredo pasta... Alll these were good.. if you are looking for a spot to eat at the evening near madambakkam.. its a good spot to eat with your family and friends

After long days tried grill completely tasted as home cooked and chicken was awesome. We also tasted momo's it too was good. Will visit again soon.
