It is located on the main road with many apartments nearby. Taste wise some items are good. We tried chilli parota, it was good. Chennai batura is not good. Special pongal average. Servers are not active. They served chilli porota to us without raita, onions, and chilli. For Another table they added these add-ons while serving. We have to call for chutney, sambar kind of stuff, though they are moving , they don't bother to ask. Basically my point is their customer service is not consistent. Cleanliness wise scope for improvement. Tables can be cleaned better. Bad smell near hand wash. I am giving this feedback as this is near to our apartment. Many people will regularly go here if they can improve on these aspects.

Oh! where to start! Starting from the Filthiness of the tables and the leaf being served to the single person taking order for everyone forgetting almost half of what we ordered everything was a mess. we had to keep reminding him to bring the food. At 8 PM, there were no options other than Idly! waiting 15 mins for a coffee is what made me furious. I brought my parents and in laws thinking it would be on par with the Narayanapuram Anandhas. My bad! Never revisiting again. It is not okay to charge as much as other decent hotels like A2B, HotChips or Geetham when the quality of service is this bad.

They will give you a menu with lesser prices and while billing they will increase the price. When you say about it and show them the proof still they won't listen and will make you pay extra. So please be careful while billing, check twice.

Got chapathi and paneer butter masala from this shop for parcel. Both tasted so bad. It's not even paneer butter masala.. It's some paneer gravy with so much oil. Chapathi was so dry..

Food is very average and the service is too poor. Many servers are talking in Hindi that's fine but they should atleast understand basic English. First of all, they didn't come to our table to take order for long time since we entered. Later the items were also served so slow. No one seems to care how to treat the customers. Food quality went down, before it was somewhat ok and recently its not even good..waste of money.
