Went for breakfast, very crowded, so they recommended the AC dine-in where seats were available. Had Mini Tiffin, Masala Podi Roast and finished with filter coffee. Everything tasted good and the service was quick. Overall, a good experience with good food.

Great food. We went at around 4 pm, which is when they were cooking food fresh, apparently. All the items were available, and it was available hot. Sambar tasted incredible. We ordered quite a lot of food and it all arrived hot. There is also a bakery on the side which sells sweets and cakes. There was a lot of variety in both sweets and cakes, and they looked appetising too. Ambience was alright. No issues, really. Super tasty food.

Worst place to go for breakfast! We were a group of 10, asked for a larger table to sit together on the other side . The rude supervisor on first floor said "No Service". What's the point in going to an empty restaurant and not getting a seat where you wanted to eat ! - No idea Food : Ordered ghee podi dosa , mini tiffins and ghee roast - ghee pudi dosa is literally burnt Also sloppy food service Cost : I can give a five star here for the billing they do. They are only fast and active in this part , for the quality of food (oil dipped pooris and vadas , burnt dosas, dried up pongals ), they seem to be too much and very very expensive! Must avoid spot in ANNA nagar! I wish there was a negative review button in gmaps, I am forced to give a star here

Great Veg food. Breakfast is delicious. Their special mini tiffin has it all for folks who want to try a bit of everything. Pongal is great. Poori's are so soft and flaky. Mini Filter coffee comes with spl mini tiffin, which is great. Ambience is good.

Today had a very bad and worst experience with Hotel Akshyam. I ordered sambar rice from the Anna Nagar restaurant through Swiggy and was appalled to find a worm in my meal. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a place that should prioritize cleanliness and food safety. I believe it's important for restaurants to maintain higher standards of hygiene and quality. I hope the management takes this seriously and reviews their food preparation practices to avoid such incidents in the future. Given this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable meal. Don't waste your money and stay away from this restaurant.

Taste wise food was good but the service was very poor. After dinner, my mother went to wash her hands, but the floor was very slippery and water seeping through the floor. My mom got slipped and her legs got injured. I then shouted and everyone came and said, "We didn't notice this slippery area, ma'am." Nobody is there to warn us not to go in this direction. After my mom slipped, another woman was slipped in the same place. However, nobody is standing there either. Finally this is not at all fake review. Really the food was good but the way of servicing the customer is too bad. This hotel did not meet my expectations. I've also included the photo. Please look at the image. If you intend to accompany your carrying (pregnant) wife, you will undoubtedly encounter delivery issues if something similarly happens.

Celebrated Birthday at second floor and their food is OK except for people who Donot like garlic as they put garlic paste in each and every of their item even for a party. They should in fact make their kitchen to feed parties to their needs areas of common kitchen prepared items
