Soups, Starters, Main Courses, Desserts All Tasted Good. Madurai Special Dishes Will Be Available In Buffet Along With The Regular Buffet Dishes. (It's A Rotating Menu So Dishes Get Changed Frequently.)

The food took a long time to arrive, and despite the wait, it was served cold. However, the taste was good. The service was disappointing, particularly the attitude of the manager and staff. Despite the restaurant being half-empty, three different staff members separately asked if I had a reservation even after I was already seated making it feel as though I would be asked to leave without one. This lack of coordination and hospitality made for an unwelcoming experience.

When the establishment allowed me to take coffee to the swimming pool to have it near my child who was take her swimming classes at the hotel, the restaurant manager said he cannot serve it. When the hotel security even interfered and asked the manger to serve it he said he would not. Amazing ego for a restaurant inside a star establishment.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. Slow, inattentive staff made the experience frustrating. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I'd Sunday Brunch with family here, a very good premium buffet spot, Costs 1800/- per head. The service is really good and there were around 30+ dishes and live counters for Paratha and Naan. Very good customer service and staffs are polite and professional. The taste of most the dishes were exceptional. All the items in buffet were delicious. Spices were mild anyone would be able to eat. The ambience was exquisite and the food was equally good! Was a bit disappointed with the variety of desserts. Overall, amazing experience!

Worst service. We waited for 45 minutes to get starters. When we complaint about delay. Supervisor told "who asked you to come early". See the 5 star hotel hospitality. Table was reserved a day before and time slot confirmed again on corresponding day morning. Restaurant team asked us to visit by 12 30 pm Starters served to us half cooked by 1 15 pm. Think well before you chose this Restaurant for any team lunch. Spread also very poor for the cost of 1900 rupees. Disappointed much.

Nice food, great service and friendly staff. Muani took great care of us.
