I'm not sure what I can say. I was in the area for my US visa work and needed a proper meal in a hurry. I walked in to this place with high reviews which is supposed to be open all day but I was told I can only order fried rice or noodles. I ordered fried rice and omg there was an actual cockroach crawling on my table. I asked to be moved to a different table.. but the staff did nothing about the roach!! It continued roaming freely on all the silverware !!! I ate as much as I could and left as soon as I could. Suffice to say I'm not going back. It's been a struggle to find good places in Chennai..feel like all reviews are fake

I visited Twpin Chilli today with my team for a Christmas lunch. The food tasted good, but the variety was limited. They also serve alcohol, and the desserts were decent. Overall, it's a nice place to enjoy a buffet lunch with friends

One of the finest food-poisoning cuisines we've ever had! We visited this place for a team lunch (10+ people) two days ago. 1. We ordered almost everything on the menu, including soups, starters (a lot of them), biryanis, fried rice, pizzas, pastas, quesadillas, and more. 2. The food was absolutely terrible. The meat in all the dishes were old, foul-smelling, rubbery, and undercooked, making it impossible to eat. 3. To make things worse, the cheese on the Margherita pizza was completely spoiled. It smelled so bad that none of us could even take a bite. 4. And even worser, was their service time while there were hardly any customers in the restaurant! When we politely brought up these issues to the manager, he stood there clueless, not even offering an apology. There was no effort to address the complaints or adjust the bill--it was as if he didn't care. Almost everyone in our group fell sick the next day and had to take the day off. Avoid this place at all costs--it's not worth the risk!

I had a positive dining experience at this establishment. The food was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to others. The staff, particularly Ms. Suganya and Ms. Nisha, were friendly and provided exceptional service.

It's a decent place to chill and have lunch. The food was good but not great. The fish and chips the fish was extra salty even after having desert I had a salty aftertaste left in mouth

Food is very average, tastes very average, very limited options, seafood was not fresh, biryani was foul smelling, very heavy on the stomach. Choose this restaurant based on Google rating (4.6) seems clear it is manipulated. Wouldn't rate it more than 3...

It was truly an amazing place for a team dinner, with an professional service from the restaurant manager Mr.Ramesh from the day we called for booking an buffet on a weekday he helped to plan it successfully.. with extremely mouth watering desserts and confectioneries... We are satisfied with those different kinds of dishes we were provided with, the menu was so great.., and will refer this place for team engagements...
