The chicken sandwich and the fries were amazing. The infused chicken was more bland than what I had expected. Maybe the one I ordered was supposed to be like that. Nevertheless the chicken in the sandwich was amazing. Would definitely come again.

Tovo Porur's 'spicy tovo infusion' certainly delivered on the chili pepper kick! While the chicken itself had a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that was a step up from ordinary, the price tag left me questioning its overall value. The ambiance and service were definite pluses, though.

Very Limited choice of availability of their own Menu though we visited a little late around 10 pm. Just 3 items available to be precise. We took 1 each without any option. Even french fries are not available !! Food taste and portions was no where close to their own brand franchisee in Coimbatore. It's also way too expensive for the portion we were served! Clearly visible lack of supervisor/Manager. Staffs lacked enthusiasm and were tired. Though parking was available in the basement, no personnel to guide if it's appropriate to park there.

Had an absolutely fantastic time at Tovo in Porur! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff made sure we were comfortable and guided us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. We ordered the Nashville-infused chicken and a variety of burgers, and everything exceeded expectations. The chicken was perfectly spiced, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, packed with bold flavors that were just the right balance of heat and taste. The burgers were equally impressive fresh, well-stacked, and incredibly satisfying. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. One of the highlights of the visit was the kitchen tour. It was such a unique experience to see the behind-the-scenes action. The kitchen was spotless, well-organized, and it was great to watch the team work with such passion and precision. It gave us a lot of confidence in the cleanliness and quality of the food. Overall, Tovo Porur delivers both in taste and experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a flavorful meal with excellent service in a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I didn't receive the sauces with the chicken, nor did I receive the fries with mushroom and onion cream. Totally disappointed--tasted bad and definitely not worth the price.

Tried Nizami fry which was projected as must try. It was just like grill chicken with some more sauce. I visited there on a Friday evening around 7:30. There are nearly 5 staffs but only one counter. The person on the counter was very slow in response and don't even know what is available. The atmosphere is really good. It will be good if the management take good initiatives to improve the quality of service.

Must try spot , Tasted of the best infused chicken with lot of flavours. Staffs are really friendly and accommodative. Jeevitha -staff member who look after us during our visit. Must try spot .

Had a fine dinner over here .. food taste and texture was soo good ... Appetizing
