Today we took parcel for dinner to eat at home . In the 14 mini idli box pack lots of idlis were crumbled and infact only 9 idlis were there in full shape and several were broken already . Also there was a half broken medu vada inside which is shocking. Who knows it is stale discarded vada or purposely the guy put as may be idlis were less . I always felt Anugraha is the best from porur till kovur but today's incident is a shocker . Their landline number is constantly busy . We should not blindly think some restaurants are always good because of their name . Anugraha has also entered the list . My daughter 11 years old could not enjoy here 14 idli dish
Went in for lunch, they have good veg options. However I wanted to have veg meals but as per the management only take away is allowed for Meals and not for dine in. Opted for their veg biryani which was served with onion raita. Raita was full of onion and very less curd exactly opposite to what we get in Hyderabad. Veg biryani had beans and meal maker mild spicy. Taste was okish nothing much to brag about. Service staff is very attentive and the waiter served me extra raita when I requested.
Tried Mushroom Biryani here and the taste is awesome. Must try here. And the service is good too
I don't put even 1 it'self ...is there is a option 0 I will done it ...for that reason ... I'll say we get a parcel there we just drink water ...they don't allow to drink...worst customer service....
Food quality wish Good , but worst service... If we provide the tips they treat us in a good manner, if not they treat us in worst manner.. Kindly try to take action regarding this.. If we are coming regularly how can we give tips in daily basis... Don't encourage these kind of things
One of the worst hotel in service and treating the customers as slay dogs. Food they are mixing dalda, it was tasting very badly. I would suggest avoid this hotel in order to keep your health good.
Nice Vegetarian hotel near porur area. Good device and tastes good. Food quantity is less compared to cost you an get written items in the afternoon too.
Taste is Good enough but don't expect too much and price is expensive even for NON AC dining. Pongal and chutney is pakka but sambhar is not that much
