One of the worst experience I had in this hotel... Pls don't go unless u really don't have a choice. I ordered food worth 200 Rs (which I paid for parcel), they irritated me so much that i walked out without food, neither i got my money back. Waited nearly 25 min and get to hear the same story that they are preparing ur orders. Thu... Ithellam oru hotel nu .. Long story short just go another 2km and u will get much more better food with better service ( Ambattur OT) worth ur money.

A comedy scene in a Vadivelu movie, where two brothers are running a hotel, and Vadivelu visits the hotel and orders Oothappam. Something similar happened at this hotel with its staff. I had a terrible experience with the takeaway itself. Starting from the billing counter to the delivery area, everyone did their job terribly. When I ordered Paneer Fried Rice and Gobi (Cauliflower) 65, they placed the bill for Paneer Fried Rice and Gobi Fried Rice. When I asked them to correct the bill, they simply struck out the item and changed the name with a pen but didn't update the amount, which was 10 less. When I asked them again, they looked at me as if I was wrong, but eventually, they changed the bill. When I received my order at the delivery counter, they gave me Mushroom Fried Rice, which wasn't even on the bill! One of the Worst Hotel in Ambattur

Worst Experience with the Lady Serving Food. She doesn't provide the Order in Sequence. Our order going to Other Table who came after us.

Pure Arrogance by the owner! If you want to have a good time, please avoid this hotel. There are many good options near by! Today, we asked for 2 parcel meals. They said it is not available. And in few minutes they said there are 5. So we paid for 2 meals. It took a considerable time and they handed over the meal. They did not say anything. When we checked the meal, there was no vegetable masala in it. When we asked the owner, he was brutally rude and said only whatever is available is put. And he charged the full amount. When we asked further questions he took the meal away and asked us to take the money back. He returned the money. But who would return the time. Now since we had to find another restaurant, we asked him to give the same food that he took. But he denied. He also said that we were on phone talking and no time was wasted for us. Its about how you treat the customer. Its about being honest and not cheating. Before you give the meals without kottu, poriyal. You should think what would the customer do without the masala. At least they should have the courtesy to inform that it is not there before we voluntarily find it. Even after we found that, they should find some alternative or atleast feel sorry for not putting the vegetables. Worst case, they can consider reducing the amount. Or at least, they can be polite and say that it was over. But he was brutal rude! We chose them to have food. And they cheat, shout and show rudeness to the customer. And they have 2.9 stars and that says that they are repeating offenders!

Very worst attitude of the owner, indecent and rude behaviour. He doesn't care about the customers and behaving like rowdy. Please do not go to this place for Dine-in or any party orders. It will end up with the fight as the owner doesn't know how to speak and handle customers. He treats his employees like a slaves and they have requested us not to speak with their owner due to his worst behaviour. Overall not recommended places.
