We visited Vasco's - Hilton Chennai for my birthday dinner buffet on 23rd March, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was amazing with a wide variety of options, covering both Indian and international cuisines. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, making it a memorable culinary experience. A special shoutout to Abhishek, Muthu, and Tharun from the staff who served us impeccably. They were extremely attentive, courteous, and professional throughout our dinner, ensuring we were well taken care of at every step. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and I'm truly pleased with the service and ambiance. I would highly recommend Vasco's to my friends and family for any special occasion or even just a great dining experience!

It is an extremely costly place with very less vegetarian options, the only positive point is its ambience which is expected as it is located in the 5 star hotel. The buffet is self service, with items from live counters being delivered extremely slow. They have one or two good tasting desserts (majority of them being extremely sweet) apart from them, all the dishes are extremely average. Since, the restaurant is located within 5 star hotel, there was a lot of expectations from the restaurant which it failed to deliver.

The restaurant is located at 3rd floor. The buffet had wide spread. Ambience was great. Service was top notch. Special mention to Mr. Yogesh (service team) Muthu, Subarnan and Ravi for their service. In starters honey chicken must try. Rest room also neat and clean. Lawn area (Kabana) is good for photos. Staff starting from gate till restaurant is very respectful and welcoming.

We began our meal with some delightful starters: the Karuvepillai Prawn Fry, Vegetable Croquette, and Paneer Tikka. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing a perfect blend of spices and textures that truly set the tone for the evening. For the main course, we indulged in Ghee Rice paired with Kozhi Varutha Curry. Bisbelabath, Vegetable Curry, and an assortment of Indian Breads. The mains did not disappoint; the Ghee Rice was aromatic and fluffy, while the Kozhi Varutha Curry was rich and comforting. The Bisbelabath was hearty and satisfying. The Vegetable Curry complemented the breads perfectly. The Indian Breads were warm and fresh. Overall, Vasco's offers a wonderful dining experience with an impressive array of dishes that are both delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a sophisticated setting. I look forward to returning for another fantastic meal.

First of all the ambience and service was exceptional, The food options are also good but only this food menu is repeated we could see almost same menu of last visit. Overall good experience, Especially for the dessert options we can visit often. Highly recommended

Buffet lunch at Vasco's, Hilton Hotel, Guindy, Chennai. Good spread. Food taste & quality was good. But need to improve service. Got 50% discount through Zomato Easydiner. Good experience.

We went for team lunch to the location. The ambience is excellent. The staffs are so polite and are so helpful. The menu has more than enough number of items. Starters are around 5-8 in veg and 8-9 in non veg. Main course was mostly Indian rice, rajma and Chinese food too. Desserts were delicious. The overall experience is a memory.

The ambience of the restaurant is remarkable. Plenty of seating available with ample amount of natural light. The variety of non-veg starters was good for the buffet. One disappointing thing was the heat of the vessels that held the food wasn't satisfactory. Some of the food items were just cold. Dessert options were good and plenty. But it's disappointing to see that coffee/tea aren't included in the buffet. The service members could be a little more courteous. They just looked annoyed to serve what we asked.
