Food was ok.. but customer service is very worst.. they are taking more than 30 mins to serve our order..and also they should improve manpower to serve food more faster..

I have ordered plain biriyani combo from zomato. The chicken 65 came with combo biriyani is smelling bad and the plain biryani taste is worst. They are using used oil and not fresh meat

One of the wrost briyani today evening i have purchased 3 nos of briyani serving person not wearing cap and raitha was opened they are focused only zomato customer on spote if visit they will collect the cash waiting for briyani 20 to 30 mins I will surely inform to food safety department for un hygienic food.

Very worst and waste of time . They forgot even the order which they received. And I am waiting there for about 30 mins . Meantime the person in the next table has received a bbq of worst condition. Poor management

Ordered plate shawarma on Zomato. They delivered that item in two pieces. Kuboos in one package and meat in another.

They have improved on their ambience even more inside the restaurant and the taste of the food is also good compared to other nearby restaurants and hygiene is also okay I was a given a fresh and hot meal but service wise they have to improve their timings with which they take to serve even when crowd is less I mean and also parking facilities are not available so people staying nearby visit by walk and while climbing the narrow ladders to their doors just stay a wee bit careful people visiting from a bit afar make sure to use bikes if possible. Price is a bit high considering the location since their price is almost or in some cases equal to franchisee resturants. Variety is okay and quantity comes in very good portion. I went there for the second time though my first experience was not good but they have improved upon a lot of aspects.
