Coffee and tea are excellent, nice refreshment they even have hot mirchi and banana bajji, samosa few cakes and chocolates. We stopped on our way to Pondicherry from there it is just 70km
I am writing to express my disappointment On 29thMay 2024, I visited chitracoffee shop located at cheyyar. During my visit, I encountered several issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, the behavior of your staff was extremely unprofessional."The cashier was dismissive and rude when I asked for assistance, and another staff member openly ignored my request for help. Secondly, I was served food that was clearly expired. establishment and could harm your reputation it's not addressed promptly I kindly request that you investigate these matters and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a response outlining the steps you plan to take to address my concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
I Order a cup of lemon tea, but they given me a decomposed lemon tea , completely disappointed.

The person in the snacks Avenue doesn't know any decency. Just because of parking space people come over here. Even ginger tea is powder which they don't inform you before hand.
Correct shop at the correct location.. Spacious.. Fine dining.. Neat & Clean.. Must try Coffee/ Tea and samosas.. and tasty snacks..and all.. Good service.. kaapi/ttii mrrrrum cmoocaa..
