Annai restaurant

Recently bought chicken biryani for lunch here 1. Taste was ok 2. Quantity was less and felt price was over priced for the quantity 140 per parcel. Please note there will not be egg provided with biryani 3. Chicken was not tender and felt very hard. Hope restaurant doesnt use old or frozen chicken just for sake of business 4. Finally, i had to go to hospital due to vomiting(food poison) after my lunch. My brother had slight temperature. 5. Please note Point 4 may or may not be due to food. I still give benefit of doubt to the restaurant 6. Have bought 2 times here(1.poraotta set & 2.chicken biryani). Both the times, the food taste was ok and can be improved for the price charged 7. Customer can be treated better. Cos I had a bad experience on my first visit. Lady at the reception had smirk at me when i asked for balance change of Rs.2

I tasted haryali tikka, chicken tikka, shawarma. Chicken is boiled to the core and its like a rubber. It's hard to bite Chicken tikka. The maionese is the worst I tasted in my life time. And shawarma is next level. The guy took the Chicken fried it in the pan, then added some onion, cabbage and the worst maionese. I hate having such shawarma. I totally spend 350 bucks for this and not even worth 100 bucks. It seems they are running a hotel just for highway riders who just eat and pay. They don't have an intention of attracting customers.

We bought parotta here. They have old parotta as new one, it was very hard and can't be eaten. Even the chicken fried rice, that I bought also not good and smells awkward. We regularly buy here. But now a days they are not concentrate on customers satisfaction.

The ambiance of a hotel is really nice...I eated tandoori biriyani.... it's quantity and quality is really worthy......
