Sendhur Residency

On 2nd April 2025 I stayed in this hotel Located near Cinna Salem Railway station 60 mts away Over all the hotel is good Couple of thinks I feel can be improved 1. Room service 2. AC needs cleaning 3. No intercom 4. Wifi service 5. Twin sharing separate beds needed .. we stayed in Room 108 .. 6. CC tv is must in all floors On the basement there is AC Bar which is in very bad condition , rottan smell. I don't know how public go and drink alcohol there I went run back to my room Rajashekhar Past Presidents Rotary international Chennai

Poorly maintained room, worn out bed sheets provided, accomodation premise and verandah full of smoke and alcohol smell, due to airconditioner out of order and lack of trigger in the health facit i changed my room. No extra bed was provided for third person. No bath towel and soap provided on the room.. untidy, below average property. Can't have pleasant stay. In bathroom water heater is not working. Wash basin tap not in order. Very horrible property,can't have satisfactory stay at all.

No maintenance no response waste

Not maintained properly. Geyser was not working, bed spread was not washed properly and in some rooms AC was also not working.

The party hall can accommodate around 70 -100 people. Compact hallo and compact food space. Narrow way to enter the hall. And stage is also small.

Lodge With bar facility. Very moderate rate. Flexible while booking. Around 20rooms are there

No bedsheets no room has guest soaps or shapoos not even heater was working..
