I was passing by, I accidentally went in and ordered Chapathi with Kadai Paneer. The gravy they have was very dark in color and was totally stale. The paneer was so rubbery and hard. I complained the service person to take it back as it was stale, he was not ready to take it back instead starting shouting at me saying 'It's prepared for you, we cannot take it back it will become waste and he stated arguing saying the Paneer was good in condition'. Again the chapathi was serving to us using a dirty service tray with no leaf or tissue or plate on it. I don't understand how you guys open a restaurant with No basic ethics of hospitality and service? I wanted to meet the owner of the restaurant, but he was not available at the restaurant at the moment. Very bad staffs, very bad service. I hope it's a new restaurant in Irugur, but very rude behaved staffs.
