Chin Chin

It is one of the best Asian food spots in the city! We went for the grilled assorted seafood platter, jumbo prawns, fish, squid and honestly, it was amazing. The ambience was really nice, cosy vibes all around. Service could've been a little better, but nothing major. We also tried the sushi (pretty decent) and the choupsey, which was tasty. But the real star? Fried ice cream. Hands down the best I've had! And the ice cream cake was a sweet ending, too.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in the establishment. Been here atleast 10 times and never disappointed. Items we ordered during the last visit 1. Miso ramen - perfectly flavoured broth, silken tofu (yum much) chicken egg and noodles. 2. Nori taco with chicken. Bit messy to eat. This can easily feed two. 3. Prawn dim sum - these just melted in my mouth. ***It'll be amiss to not mention the chilli oil and other condiments. Lip smacking good.

Great experience at Chin Chin! The service was top-notch friendly and prompt. We tried a variety of Asian dishes like Cantonese cream soup, Crispy Chicken Supreme with Avocado & Cream Cheese, and Korean Stone Pot Rice. While the flavors could be a bit stronger, the food was fresh and the overall experience was enjoyable. Would recommend for those looking for good service and a relaxing dining environment.

I took my elderly parents for dinner on 10th June to Chin chin because we've always enjoyed the food there. We placed our order and after more than half an hour they brought us the 2 main dishes which were to go with the rice we ordered and expected us to eat that off the quarter plates. We told then to take it back and bring it with the rice. The dumpling which is the starter came after that! Then more than an hour later we were still sitting and waiting for our food. We asked the girl and she said 2 minutes after which another 10 minutes passed. We finally told her to just get the main dishes they tried to get us to have as starters and just had that and left hungry. My parents are 80+ and had to sit and wait for almost 1 1/2 hours and then go hungry. After we asked for the bill the manager comes and asks us if he can get us something else. Their excuse was the black rice was taking time. If they know it's going to take time they should have informed us when we ordered it that it would take more than 2 hrs to prepare. We obviously looked like people who wouldn't know what we ordered when they tried to palm of the main course to be eaten with the rice as starters. Whatever food we did have was good that's why the 5 star rating for the food. The staff, though pleasant, was very unprofessional and with a don't care attitude. Unfortunately there was a very noisy table right in the centre which spoilt the atmosphere as well.

We are Thai and want to get some taste from our home after long working in India. This restaurant provide Thai dish, although it's not the native Thai dish but that's not the main point. The Thai dishes here are very delicious! We were welcomed by Mr.Sitaram and Vinod. Sitaram, Indian Thai chef, offered us the Krapow Kai (chicken fried with holy basil) in his style. It was tasty and stylish. I recommend anyone who want the Thai food with Indian charm of raw ingredients.

The hospitality and service were outstanding. The food was on the edge, I ordered sushi's but the taste was not fresh at all. Felt old and had a bad stomach days later. Over all the hospitality was only amazing. I would highly recommend the hotel to improve on their good quality.

I had an extremely poor experience. The food was Okay. The service horrible, they forgot I was there. The first serving was Okay, but then I had to eat cold dumplings. The American Chop suey was utterly devoid of palatability. There was a party going on and lots of screaming... poor experience.
