This place is always crowded Papdi chat 3.5/5 the papdi was more but the aloo was not properly spread. Crispy corn 1.5/5 big no, it was sweet never tasted crispy corn to be sweet, it was topped with sauce. Watermelon is pure 4/5 Amritsar chole kulcha 3/5 kulcha is good but chole was not the best Service is fast.

We went to Kailash Parbat for dinner during a festival, and it was crowded and rainy. There's no entry to the restaurant from inside the mall, so we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table for two. We regretted our decision to come here instead of ordering pizza in our hotel room. We ordered Hakka noodles (3/5), chole bhature (2.5/5)--the chole was not good, as it had too much gravy--and tomato bruschetta (4/5). The service was quick, but getting a table took quite a while.

Poor Service and Disrespectful Management I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My companion and I (a party of two) arrived when there were two available tables clearly set for four people each. Despite these tables sitting empty for over 15 minutes with no guests arriving, we were told we had to wait. When we politely asked if we could be seated at one of the empty tables, the manager started arguing with us instead of offering a reasonable explanation or solution. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. It felt like we were being made to wait on purpose, just because we were only two people. Prioritizing table policy over basic courtesy and guest experience reflects very poorly on the management. We ended up leaving extremely frustrated and disrespected. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with respect as a guest.

The food and ambience were great. Service was also really quick, despite the restaurant being completely full. And it was full on a Wednesday afternoon so that says a lot! The manager is also very hospitable and attentive. The menu is so vast and the variety is a paradise for vegetarians. Had a great meal with family here.

I've seen the best of Kailash Parbhat and my last experience was a slight disappointment. Their food is usually tasty and sumptuous, but, this time lacked salt. Good to note that they have toned down on their spiciness. But, that has dragged their experience down. Even now I recommend this place. They'll have to step it up now.
