Hotel Sawera Grand

I visited on 12- Dec-2024 and had a shocking experience. There were insects in the food served to us, which is absolutely unacceptable. When we raised the issue with the staff, they refused to replace the food or address our complaint. This shows a complete lack of hygiene and customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place until they improve their cleanliness and take customer feedback seriously. They charge 120 for a vegetarian meal, which is absolutely not worth the price. The food quality was poor, and the hygiene standards were unacceptable. As a vegetarian, I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are far better options available for the same or even lower price. This place is not worth your time or money!

Don't visit this hotel because there is no humanity.... If there is no food or nearing closing time , the hotel owner or others should inform us starting time.. But in this hotel they mainly focus on business, they do not take care of children or customers... The foods we got are adjustments only.... According to the customer satisfaction laws, they should be panished... Simply I am asking one thing, will they give the same food to their children Or families.... I need proper justifications or my money to be returned..... While asking the receptionst, he is skipping things..

Good decent hotel both veg and Non veg, we had a lunch there really unexpected taste, equal to home style. Worth for money. Veg meals cost only 100 , situated in dharapuram to ottanchathram bye pass. Parking space available.

Worst food . Ordered garlic chicken gravy online but received paneer butter masala. All the foods has too much of salt . It's either too much of salt or too much of spice .Ordered bun parotta it tasted really bad tasted like very old one . Called the restaurant and informed but they can't accept that . Worst experience

Located on dharapuram highway. Grills are awsome in taste. There are varieties of non veg available. Ample parking space. Dosai avaialable good in taste specially mushroom dosai.they give only one chutni and samabr. Overall worht for money if you go by higway you can for sure try once

Good place. Went for lunch today and service was very average. Waited 5 min for the service person to attend me though I am the only one who was sitting in the non a/c area.. ordered mutton briyani and fish chilli. The food was good. Not liked Cooking person taking water from food hall.. place was clean and good

This review is for Veg! It doesn't seem to tasty first.. Had a bitter experience where as we ordered a plate of chapathi and then found you ll have to order gravy separately! And so we ordered and it was the worst ever I have eaten past a year! So sweet with the smell of Sachrine (chemical alt of sugar). The place was decent and small.. And when suggested not to have separate gravy for chapathi as it doesn't suit, the waiter told they only give curry with chapathi for non veg and not for veg! And when complaining about it, he doesn't even respected or responded but just left the place!! One of the worst experience!! It's like looting money with no justice! You can also see there is no GSTIN# but the bill has CGST & SGST!! Attached the bill for your reference!
