Junior Kuppanna - Enathur, Kanchipuram

One of the worst hut of junior kuppana , spoiled their brand name, located near Meenakshi medical college. Firstly food taste was very poor, selling old and expired items, No proper hygiene, lot of flies around the dining area. Staff service was very worst. No adequate staffs.. Horrible bathroom place and hand washing area , poor hygiene and ambience was average.. Waste of money and time..

Food being served here are spoiled food and decayed especially today 11-01-2024 the non-veg gravy was spoiled and chuttney always spoiled at time of 8.50. The manager also not capable to handle our query . Atmosphere is good, service staffs good and food really pathetic . In had food in many Kuppanna's restaurants, here is very bad food. I never come again to this restaurant. Though they have multiple food in menu they don't have many items. Simply waste of money and time . Not recommended

Worst Experience at Junior Kuppanna, Kanchipuram I recently had the misfortune of dining at Junior Kuppanna in Kanchipuram, and it was an unmitigated disaster. Inadequate Staffing Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that there was only one staff member responsible for serving food, taking orders, and handling billing. This was a clear indication of poor management and a recipe for disaster. The lone staff member was overwhelmed, leading to a chaotic and slow service. Unattended Billing Counter To make matters worse, the billing counter was left unattended for extended periods. When I tried to pay, I had to wait for the staff member to finish serving other customers, take orders, and then attend to the billing. This further delayed our departure. Limited Menu Options When I tried to order, the staff member consistently told us that various menu items were "not available." This was frustrating, as we had to settle for limited options. It seemed like the restaurant was not adequately prepared to handle the number of customers. Disappointing Starter: Peri Peri Paneer I was excited to try the Peri Peri Paneer starter at [Restaurant Name], but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The dish was overcooked and burned to an extent that it was almost inedible. The paneer was tough and dry, and the peri peri seasoning was overpowered by the charred flavor. Excessive Wait Time The wait time for our bill was unacceptable - a staggering 19 minutes! This was the final nail in the coffin, making our experience even more frustrating. We were eager to leave, but the delay in receiving our bill held us back. Conclusion The lack of attention to customer service and inefficient management at Junior Kuppanna, Kanchipuram, made for a terrible dining experience. Until they address these issues, I would strongly advise others to avoid this branch. With so many other options available, it's not worth the risk of a disappointing experience.

First, very costly and not even worth the money we pay, and the quantity was also very less and the taste wasn't also very good. Overall aint worth the penny spend there.

Located on the Chennai - Bangalore Highway near to Meenakshi medical College!!! Food - Limited varities available. Do ask the staff regarding availability of items. Mostly dosa items are available at night. When I visited there only chicken biriyani was available. It tasted good but I felt the quantity was less Ambience - Decent with bright interiors and spacious seating Service - You can expect your order but early as it is less crowded. Ample car parking space at the front. Got to say when comparing other biriyani outlets their taste and quantity can be improved

Located next to saravana bhavan hotel in Bangalore highway. Plenty of car parking available. Spacious restaurant. Cook is good, makes tasty food. But service and cleanliness is pathetic. We had parotta ( free salna), chicken fried rice, chicken 65 all were very Most of the dishes will not be available, better not look at the menu, ask them! Toilets are stinky and not cleaned regularly. Management has to pay more attention

The Vanjaram fry was dry and very expensive for 1 single piece at 375/- The buttermilk was the best Clean washrooms

The restaurant's ambiance was average. While it offered a casual dining experience, the cleanliness and overall upkeep could be improved to enhance the dining atmosphere. The parotta was soft and the chicken was well cooked and subtle.
