Please change the seating, Brinjal Thokku was average... But Biryani was superb

Regarding a birthday treat i Purchased a bucket chicken biryani for Rupees 1374/- at Hosur service road, Annamalai Nagar After opening the box at home we found tat there were no proper pieces, tat too just 8 small pieces were in the bucket, which we couldn't even feel satisfied of its size for the money we have paid, it was so worst pieces, Tats wat i have paid them my own money and bought it, can't u give it correctly, even after taking money why are u ppl cheating the customers, It's my Hard Earned money and you are getting paid for my food and still u ppl Cheating like this your really gonna suffer in ur life, i really curse this branch and the employees for cheating the trusted customer's

Twice we ordered Mutton mini bucket from ambur Start and latest order was on 23rd March 2025 where we had ordered Mutton mini bucket with prawn and Brain fry. And we consumed the food at 1pm. Within 3hrs post eat everyone in the house started vomiting and on the biriyani was not getting digested for all. Around 3.30pm the vomited started it went till late nit and for few even till next day morning. This is the second time we are experiencing this. I would not recommend star biriyani for parcel. Maybe dine in they might provide good quality food. But take away they are giving very bad food or it's the food color or chemical which is being added to the biriyani. Pls don't buy here. Very bad quality. Food safety should look into this on priority. We packedt in such away and dispossed the remaining biriyani so that dogs also don't consume it.

Food has the same flavours like the other star properties. Parking nature lot of improvement. Especially this being on a highway the washroom facilities should have been maintened and clean. Washroom is very bad. Service was pretty good and fast. Hope take care of the parking and the washroom.

Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice was bad and was not even spicy, Tasted like any other normal fried rice. Chicken Biryani had very bland tasting rice which didn't give the feel of a biriyani and the quantity was very little for a foodie or for men. Service was pretty much on extreme lagging or non-existent. Raitha and Dhalcha which they give is very little and don't get refilled till you find a guy and ask for it, if you don't ask, they don't refill. Leave care given to customers. Not worth the money or travel. Could get better once in Bangalore or anywhere else.

Good place for mutton briyani.. Right on the service lane of NH. The restaurant was almost full when I visited last time. The only downside is the atmosphere of the place. No restroom inside the restaurant. The flies inside are a nuisance.

Mutton biryani is very good and yummy. The sides given to mutton is tasty and mutton chukka was as also good to try. Ambur style briyani will have an extra amount of oil but that adds the taste for their style of briyani

Something missing from Star Biryani Taste, unable to get that aroma. Felt as a normal biryani. Less parking, no restroom, AC available, but can't get that good atmosphere.
