Worst service, complementary snacks too worthless. They give only bakery snacks, waste of money. Even they didn't give a single boiled egg in complementary.

Poor service and weak stack of alcohols. Complementary snack seem not that good to it's cost as value added to place. Food served is classified to its atmosphere where it's meets it's quality.

Very Poor Service... They are not bothered about customer requirements.... They will force us to eat what they have instead of what we want.. One Water bottle price is Rs 70.. this is also big cheating

Worst by this bar standard , no proper snacks till 1 AM as compared to their charge .It is recommended to come after 2 PM .. have their drinks and snakes.

Poor service. I had to walk to the counter multiple times to order drinks, food and even to pay the bill. All the tables around us were served by the staffs. There was no crowd either. Wierd! May be its the way we looked or dressed? I don't know. I have been to places with far more laid back dress attire. Anyway we did not confront them and moved out quickly after this sickening behavior. Their parking is always full. Food is decent. French fries were below average. Staffs were courteous enough when we had the chance to interact. Located besides the highway so easy to access. Toilet was clean. People who wants to smoke have to step outside. Never will I return to Flames.

Bar is attached to the hotel but entry is from the door next to the main entrance. Very dimly lit. No mild beer. Only strong beer. A problem apparently in south but good hotels must take care else how do t h ey differentiate from normal standalone bars. No tonic water so how does one have Gin. With Soda? Basically a serious drinking place. Come drink. Go high. leave. Cant enjoy a drink after a long drive.

Had drinks and dinner, an excellent place.
