I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to your hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the staff displayed a lack of professionalism and respect towards guests. What was most frustrating was that the servers seemed to make decisions on their own without considering the preferences or comfort of the customers. It felt as though they were serving based on their own convenience rather than focusing on customer satisfaction. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the hotel industry, where guest experience should be the top priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to train the staff to treat guests with the courtesy and attention they deserve. Now this kind of activity makes me to suggest some other small hotels with good service

This experience of the restaurant is not bad but taking away from here of the parcel is getting too much delay need to reduce the waiting time of foods. And need more juice menus and the beverage items

Food tastes really good. I like their outdoor seating ambiance. This is our regular spot where me & my friends visit regularly l.

I visit the place regularly, but today their thanthoori chicken was terrible.. Masala was coming through my finger and their moyonees was expired tastes horrible wasted my dinner totally worst experience

Good place to eat and hangout around Sirumugai area. They have outdoor open dining too. Some items taste good while some taste terrible. Not cheap though.

I need to share this because I don't want to happen , what happen to us shouldn't happen for othes bcz it was the first time we were dining in spot whereas very very bad hospitality and the person who served us was very rude and lazy

When you are planning to eat Shawarma here please buy mayonnaise at other restaurants and go. Because they don't provide mayonnaise for Shawarma here. Taste was good. In this surrounding people check for lesser rates and good taste with better quantity. But here taste is okay and the other things are lacking. Very less quantity with high rates. Even in Coimbatore you get pepper chicken for Rs. 150 and here it's Rs. 180. So better go here with filled pockets and return back home with empty pockets.

I faced a bed experience in that restaurant, I am waiting time is more than half hours and cooking staff's are working slowly and Jolly discussed with each other's. Kitchen are open faced near by main road and food items are filled with dust. cooking staff's are not following higenic cooking.
