Pathetic food, worst service. ..No response for our concerns. Waste on your plate tells the taste and food quality

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the food was overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. I spent 2500, expecting a satisfying meal, but what I received was mostly gravy with barely any pieces of the actual dish. This felt like a complete letdown. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent to customer concerns, which only made the experience worse. For the price they charge, I expected better food quality, portion sizes, and overall service. Unfortunately, this place does not live up to its pricing. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless they make serious improvements in both food quality and customer service. Hope they take feedback seriously and work on these issues.

Zero hospitality, no proper response,Very poor service and staffs are very lethargic, the ordered dishes will be served too late, no proper serving, over all very bad experience. I am regular customer to this restaurant, this issue is continuing for the last three times, very pathetic to see a famous restaurant is giving such a worst service, they are good at making your family get together a awful one.

The location of the restaurant is good.. Easily visible from the Bus stand.. The building where the restaurant available is with some other business units.. The place looks good and dine in too.. Not so many dishes tried here .. Veg meals, Non Veg Meals, Egg Omlette, Egg Podimass, Prawns Masala. Meals was quite good both quality and quantity.. Egg Podimass Omlette Were Okay. Prawns Masala not expected the way it was prepared quality and well as quantity. We have got the small bowl which has 6 7 small prawns costs 270+ GST.. little bit bigger than the sambar bowl they gave.. Car parking is not big, since the hotel lodging customers has occupied most of the places. I personally liked the guy who served us NOT the GUY who took ORDER.. his attitude and behaviour is simply superb. Cost of the items to be considered.. felt overpriced.. Today I ordered 2xmutton biriyani, 1xchicken Biriyani which tasted like crap. Do you even have chefs in your kitchen? Mutton kola was the worst that I've ever had. Why do you charge that much for paruppu urundai. Do your chefs know how to cook it? The non veg meals can be your worst masterpiece. I cannot even give you 1 star. You've ruined our Sunday family lunch. I should suggest Google reviews to have a negative star feature especially for you. Thank you for giving us a terrible food experience, you've helped us to explore new restaurants in madurai. It's a kind request, improve your food's taste and quality. We pay for the food. So, don't expect us to settle for the crappy food that you provide.

One of my favourite restaurants in Madurai in recent days, because I love their two best dishes 1. Mutton chukka varuval 2. Ayirai Meen Kuzhambu The ambience and service is good. Today we tried their combo offer which cost around Rs.390 (including tax). The combo has Soup, Mutton biryani (small portion), white rice, Netthili fry, Chicken gravy etc. Actually that combo is enough for two persons (considering both are average food consumers - or one young and old person or one young and a kid). This branch is easily accessible from Mattuthavani bus stand. Enough parking facilities available. Overall it was a very good experience.
