Worst ever restaurant! The hygiene and food quality were absolutely disappointing. I found multiple pieces of the first skin of onions in my food, which shows a complete lack of proper cleaning and preparation. To make things worse, the Malai Kofta was undercooked, making it inedible. The overall experience was terrible, and I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal.

Below average food. Service was poor - had to keep gesturing repeatedly to get waiters' attention even though they were standing right next to our table. Surprisingly decent restroom though, appreciate it. Ordered chilli parotta, chapati kurma, Gobi 65. Would not recommend any of these. They all were somewhat bland

Service is not good based on my recent experience. Ordered 3 items parcel as shown in the bill. After the crowd and quarrel got the items 45 minutes later Delivered food also not good. Panneer butter masala contains dee fried panner as well as so hard, and not spongy, surprisingly more sweet in taste. The workers are unable to handle the crowd systematically. Poor trained people in parcel delivery. Some parcel chutney packets fell down on the floor in a rush. Same place servers are all in a rush and those who are washing their hands. No sufficient place for people waiting for parcel They don't know how to handle the customers. They should take necessary action for food quality, good labor, customer relationships and maintenance for long and successful runs.

We had planned to have a meals at this restaurant.The restaurant was very big but it has ac rooms and the restaurant was not maintained properly.And the meals price was 120 it was not worth of that money.Then there is a single restroom only it should be maintained clean and neat .The service was good.

Food tastes moderate... Quantity is good... Quick service... Well maintained premises... Always crowded as it is located near to Karaikudi bus stand... Car can be parked before the hotel..but still hotel car and van drivers won't give space to park our car... They will park unevenly before the hotel & even ask us to park on the opposite side...management kindly look over it...

Worth for Roti items and gravy items. The price is also reasonable. Feel like it's heated in the afternoon. Must try a veg spot in Karaikudi!!!
