We visited the DownTown outlet on May 8, 2025, at 9:00 PM and had a very disappointing experience. We tried to order bucket chicken, chicken wings, and fried chicken, but none were available. When we asked for popcorn chicken, we were told it would take 35 minutes and were asked to wait outside the food court. The dine-in area was dirty and clearly not maintained, with no housekeeping in sight. This isn't the first time-just two days ago, bucket chicken was also unavailable. Please ensure popular items are restocked regularly, improve cleanliness, and clarify who is responsible for maintaining the dining area.
This franchise of fastfood is new in this Souk mall outlet. Fried Chicken, Burger was good. Pizza is not upto the mark. French fries taste can be improved. It's part of good outlet. Seating is good. Friendly staff. Clean & Hygiene was really good.
Quick bite fast food restaurant in kayalpatnam. They serve One of the best crispy broasted chicken in Kpm. Waiting time will be 20-40min as per the order. It's a self-service resturant. Dine-in, take-away and home delivery available. Public dine-in area mostly crowded. Broasted chicken wings worth the price. They serve only at evening till midnight. Crispy fried chicken must try.

Fried chicken tasted bland. Not flavourful. Loaded fries is nothing but fried chicken, fries and the dip mixed together. Not that great. Worst burger ever.!! The bun used is sweet bun. Juices are also just average. Not worth the price at all.
The customer service is very bad.have to wait for a long period of time for a small order.
Worst experience. They literally gave loaded chicken without heating it and it was so chill. When I asked they said loaded will be served without warming up but nobody eat chicken like that and said i also picked up the order late. But i came on time when order alert came and they know they are cheating. They didnt even thought of reheating. Totally bad experience.
