OYO Flagship Lucky Residency

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. After checking out, I realized within 10 minutes that I had left my Birkenstock sandals in the room. I immediately called the hotel to inform them, expecting a quick resolution. Instead, I was met with complete denial--they claimed nothing was found in the room. What's worse, they refused to share the CCTV footage, raising serious concerns about their integrity. A reputable establishment should prioritize guest trust and security, but this hotel's staff displayed zero responsibility and accountability. If you choose to stay here, be extremely cautious with your belongings--because once something is lost, don't expect any help in recovering it! Highly unprofessional and unacceptable service. Would never recommend this place!

We had one night stay there at the Lucky residency suit for our tour.. I loved their room .. need and clean. They have AC and TV in each room They have drinking water. Good

Rooms are moderately priced though it's close to Periyakulam town area, nearby bus stand & outer area just adjacent to Reliance smart super store for quick shopping to grab fruits, quick brunch & snacks. Extra bed will be provided upon request on payment. Good for unplanned stays, & quick refreshing stays. They're maintaining clean bathrooms with geyser facility, adequate charging sockets, lights, good quality Bedding but ceiling fans can be better. They didn't provide basic drinking water jugs, tumblers & bath soaps. And they can collect additional payment for towels & if they've any additional facilities

I recently stayed at Lucky Residency and had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also clean and had plenty of hot water. I highly recommend Lucky Residency for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.

Worst experience. No tie up with Oyo or make my trip. But still hotel is showing up in online booking sites. Hotel staff said that they have broken the tie with Oyo. Washroom was not clean. Poor response when we asked about it. Rooms are not like the ones which are shown in photo.

Recently stayed there, as attended marriage function. rooms are good and Economical. They have new premises as well which has suites. Mostly full during Marriage events. There is scope of improvement still. the staff was generous and helpful.

Poor service. I booked in oyo and went there after confirmation. They just told that all the rooms are already booked. I asked him how it allowed to book. He just replied we didn't mention in the portal. Fortunately I didn't go with family. I was stranded there. Then searched in google to find other lodges and called them.. 1 lodge was full.. Finally managed to get to New Vaigai Lodge.. All these happened at morning 5:45am after I reached by bus. They haven't informed anything or not worried.. They are doing local businesses.. BAD.

Not recommended for family.. worst experience.. rooms are not maintained properly full of mosquitos and spiders evn bed and bathroom is not good
