Had a chicken burger and a regular Popcorn chicken and was billed 312. Looked a bit expensive. The burger was tasty and the fried chicken stuffed within the buns was superb in taste. Popcorn chicken still okay. Restaurant had a good amount of seatings. The wait time was bit long. Highly recommended.
I have visited this Popeyes Madurai few times, and I've noticed that the taste of the food is inconsistent, which is quite concerning. For example, the fries are sometimes overly salty, making it hard to enjoy them. Additionally, I have serious concerns about the quality of the oil used for cooking. Every time I taste the food, it has a flavor that suggests old or reused oil, which is both unpleasant and potentially unhealthy. This is particularly troubling because I've seen children consuming the food here. I strongly recommend that management address these issues by implementing stricter quality control measures, especially for seasoning and oil usage. On a positive note, the service has consistently been good, and the staff seems polite and efficient. However, finding parking can be quite challenging during peak hours, which might be inconvenient for many customers. Lastly, the ambiance of the restaurant is well-maintained, providing a pleasant dining environment.
We went to Popeyes for the first time and ordered a 12 pc chicken. We got 3 flavours barbeque, sweet chilli & korean spicy chicken. My favourite was barbeque chicken! The tasted & the sauce tasted good but the chicken was soft & soggy not crispy & crunchy.
Tried Popeyes, Signature chicken - its better than other varieties chicken. 4/5 - Recommend Smoky pepper and Sweet chilli - Tastes similar and below average, tried once, won't recommend. But try how it tastes for you. Chicken Burger - Tastes average. Popcorn Chicken - Tastes like nothing. I don't feel any spices. Not recommended 2 Wheel parking difficult.
Everything was nice and ambience was so good and clean only the parking space was little difficult to park the vehicle other wise taste of chicken was so nice and good
Soft tender juicy chicken. Especially Hotel & Messy(very spicy) is too good. Must try one. Faster & polite service. Located in city centre. Ambience are too good.
It's a bit too pricy but it sure did taste different compared to others..
Food was good. Liked the spice varieties in chicken. Good place for fried chicken. Price is also reasonable. Good one.
