One of the best hotels that I would have visited in my life. They are an epitome of Customer Service and Experience. You will meet their ever smiling and humble staff during their stay. Cleanliness is top notch. Special call-out to the property General Manager, who himself is out there to meet, greet and interact with every guest, ensuring all the needs are well taken care off. Evening time with camp fire, music and some group activity is fun. Food, especially breakfast n dinner buffet are sumptuous with wide variety. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Kudos to Great Trails, Kodaikanal. You were too good!!!

We recently stayed at Great Trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotels, and it turned out to be one of our most unforgettable hill station getaways. The location is absolutely breathtaking -- nestled in nature, offering sweeping views of the valleys, and a serene ambiance that makes it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Watching the mist drift through the trees while enjoying a coffee on the balcony was a truly magical experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. A special thanks to Mr. Arun (General Manager) and Mr. Prabhu Shanmugam (Manager) for their exceptional hospitality. Every interaction -- whether at the front desk, restaurant, or housekeeping -- was warm, professional, and genuine. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with cozy wooden interiors and large windows that brought in plenty of natural light and fresh mountain air. The culinary experience was outstanding! Chef Yuvraj and his team -- Revanth and Shantaraj -- did a phenomenal job. We enjoyed a variety of South Indian and continental dishes, all freshly prepared and bursting with flavor. The live breakfast counter and desserts were particular highlights! The resort also offers a range of activities including nature trails, indoor games, bonfire evenings, and even a zipline -- making it a fantastic destination for families, couples, or solo travelers. If you're planning a trip to Kodaikanal and looking for a perfect blend of luxury, natural beauty, and heartfelt service, I highly recommend Great Trails by GRT.

My husband and myself took this short haul for some relief from the mundane and Chennai heat. Since I had visited earlier in August for dinner, I was happy with the service of Mr Sannathraj in the restaurant as he was friendly and caring with our group and because of him I chose this place over 1 another option. ||Overall, good stay with good levels of service and care by the staff and the GM, (which is a rarity in South India). Food is alright, nothing great but the location and service is good.

We had a truly memorable stay at the Cinnamon Cottage in Great Trails by GRT Hotels, Kodaikanal. The cottage was cozy, well-maintained, and had a lovely fresh aroma that added to the relaxing vibe. The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spread of tasty options to suit all preferences. The resort compound is also filled with beautiful, photogenic spots perfect for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. The only downsides were the approach road to the hotel, which is quite rough, and the in-room food and beverage tariffs, which felt a bit on the expensive side. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a scenic and peaceful environment.

We had a fantastic stay at GRT Great Trails Kodaikanal. The location is peaceful and scenic, and the entire experience was elevated by the friendly and attentive staff. They went out of their way to make our visit special, especially by helping organize a lovely birthday surprise for my wife--it meant a lot to us!||||A big highlight was the early morning trek with Mr. Vairamuthu. He was knowledgeable, warm, and made the experience truly enjoyable.||||The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was tasty, and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kodaikanal. We'll definitely be back!

Best! Best! Place to stay away from the crowd. Amazing location! Thank you Mr.Arun raj sir for the support and I would like to thank all the staff right from the reception to the room service for their great support(I forgot to ask some of their names ) and I need to mention that there are a lot of activities there to enjoy with your family and friends especially thanks to Mr.subramani a clay potter who will teach about the pottery also that's a great effort from him and from the GRT hotel, thanks to Mr.karthick who assist me with the check out process as well as for snapping great photos. The food was awesome and delicious Thanks to their chefs (yes it's costly, But worth every penny) and the breakfast was top notch!

This is one of the best stays I had ever had, and we have stayed even in best luxury resorts in India. It is such a great value for money, amazing and super courteous staff. We stayed 5 days and service levels were consistently the same each day. The food is extremely tasty with full of local food options. High Tea is a highlight where tea or coffee is made live on the counter as per your taste.. My kid felt super special where all her small small requests were taken care including a Pink glass everytime she was in restaurant... Kudos to each one of you for making our stay such pleasant and memorable...
