This place markets itself as a private, peaceful retreat, but in reality, it's a commercial setup, zero privacy, and constant activity. The photos online are completely misleading -- the actual property looks nothing like them. The owners dont keep up their words, they promise something and do something else, Rooms were average at best, the food was very bad, and the whole place felt neglected. For the price, there are much better options in Kotagiri. Do not go there if you want to have a good experience, Don't fall for the false advertising.
The hotel was good and budget-friendly, and the restaurant had a variety of tasty dishes, among which I loved the garlic bread, gobi fry and chilly chicken. The owner took time out to show us around Kotagiri and let us know the must-visit cafes and restaurants in the area. His recommendations were on point. Overall, my family and I loved the stay.
Worst experience ever... Totally disappointed with the service... Last week we booked a room in this resort and was totally opposite for what was told to us... The room was very dirty and the food was stale... The owner told us that we will have a great stay but it turned out to be the worst stay ever... Please dont believe the photos guyz its all fake... A big fake resort i had the worst experience ever... its just waste of money and time.. we thought it was surrounded by estate it was surrounded by a concrete jungle... worst view
Budget in price, rooms are in basic comforts, room service is good for 24 hours. Restaurant available in reception itself. Food is hygienic and tasty. Service on food is also good. The parking facility is good and it's free. Located in the main junction itself. A camp fire is available. We enjoyed it in the night with sony music amplifier.
Rooms are amazing at affordable pricing. Also, the sea food is a must try! Definitely one of the best experiences!
