Mystique Stay Resort

Myself & family stayed in Mystique for 4 days & the service provided by them was nothing short of amazing. It is located in an amazing place at Kotagiri. The location was very calm & very much nature friendly. They provided delicious home made vegetarian food and we all liked a lot. Also, they showed very good hospitality. The rooms had an excellent scenic view. The housekeeping staffs were very helpful and were always available for any service. Would highly recommend to stay here and enjoy the facilities.

We plan for family group 16 members enjoyed very much. Rooms cleanliness is good and neat. Food served are super quality and taste. Service is excellent

Rooms were decent . Hospitality and food was worst . 15 of us stayed there for 4nights , 5 days all of us got stomach upset and we were not allowed to order from outside as well . The quality of the foods was worst we were easily able to find out that the oil was reused multiple times . We had 3 kids with us all of them got heavy stomach upset and diarrhoea after the consumption of there food . Requesting everyone to ensure that they carry food with them or go out for food instead having food there .

Great property, delicious food. Campfire, play areas and speakers are all fully functional. Care takers provided good service as per our requests. Overall a perfect family stay with scenic views around.

It was a very calm and solitary place with a serene atmosphere. We truly had a great time. The hospitality was good and the rooms were clean and neat.

Was a pleasant stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the view and stay. Went as a group of 24 people, family enjoyed every moment. Would highly recommend who wants to choose this property for family stay and even for friends. Food was good. Road approach was good. Good experience all together. Staff were really friendly and really cooperative. Kudos to the resort team !!!!
